Did you know that Zach Top and Shaboozey are nominated for New Artist of the Year at the CMAs for the second year in a row? Apparently, artists can be nominated twice for New Artist . . . as long as they haven’t actually won the award, or another major CMA trophy. The CMA defines the category as recognizing “the most significant creative growth and development in overall consumption or chart activity, live performance and/or national media recognition related to the launch of their career.” Besides Shaboozey and Zach, the other nominees are Tucker Wetmore . . . Stephen Wilson Jr. . . . and Ella Langley.

The bodycam footage from Morgan Wallen’s chair throw was just released.  It’s funny hearing Morgan denying it even though officers caught him on tape.  And then when Morgan gets handcuffed and put in the police car, one of his songs comes on the radio and he asks the cop to turn it up.

Tomorrow Luke Combs will release a three-song EP called “The Prequel”.  He said, “Still working on my new album that’ll be out early next year . . . but three songs from it are ready now and I couldn’t wait to get y’all some new music.” Here’s what Luke said on Instagram, “Still working on my new album that’ll be out early next year . . . but three songs from it are ready now and I couldn’t wait to get y’all some new music.”

A 30th anniversary “Everybody Loves Raymond” reunion special will air on CBS on November 24th.  Ray Romano, Patricia Heaton, Brad Garrett, and other cast members will appear. They’re calling it a 30th anniversary special . . . although the show premiered in September 1996, so it’s only 29 years old.

The trailer for Season 7 of “The Kardashians” dropped yesterday, and it includes an interesting claim from Kim. In the trailer for Season 7 of “The Kardashians”, Kim says investigators told her that someone “extremely close” put out a hit on her life.  There’s no word who did it . . . if it’s true . . . but people are thinking Kanye.

You may have heard of Tilly Norwood.  She’s an actress, but she’s kind of unique . . . in that she doesn’t exist. She’s completely A.I., and she’s looking to get representation from an actual Hollywood talent agency. The actors’ union, SAG-AFTRA, has come out against the A.I. “actress”. They said, quote, “creativity is, and should remain, human-centered.” To be clear, ‘Tilly Norwood’ is a character generated by a computer program that was trained on the work of countless professional performers, without permission or compensation . . . (You can read the rebuttal from Tilly’s creator here.)

Charlie Hunnam portrays serial killer Ed Gein in the upcoming “Monster” series on Netflix.  He says after filming wrapped, he visited Ed’s grave in Wisconsin as a way of saying goodbye to the role. Charlie pointed out that prior to Ed Gein, our relationships with monsters in cinema were like “Dracula”, “Frankenstein”, and werewolves, and then“Pyscho” was the pivot point where WE became the monsters, and that character was based on Ed Gein. In addition to “Psycho”, Gein’s murders also influenced “The Texas Chain Saw Massacre”, and “The Silence of the Lambs”. “Monster: The Ed Gein Story” premieres Friday on Netflix. (You can watch Charlie’s full interview on the “Today” show here.)

RadarOnline.com claims Denise Richards allegedly fears she could end up broke because of her divorce from Aaron Phypers. A source says, “Denise is not worth as much as people think. Fact is, she’s burnt through a ton of money over the years and even with all her fame, she’s never been in that mega-high pay bracket. If she and Aaron don’t figure this out quickly, she could end up in the poorhouse because legal fees are absolutely bleeding her dry, so there’s a real fear this divorce could drain all her savings. She’s so angry right now, she won’t listen to reason and just hire a mediator. She says she doesn’t care how much she has to spend, she’s not just going to give in to Aaron’s demands. But Aaron’s got a very strong case for spousal support, so odds are she’s going to have to pay him out in the end on top of all the legal fees. It’s a nightmare.”

RadarOnline.com says Meghan Markle is allegedly turning to Kris Jenner and the Kardashians for career help. Kris Jenner plans on using Meghan for promotional purposes. A source reveals, “Kris is moving in because she knows Meghan is vulnerable. Meghan wants Hollywood acceptance and everything that comes along with it, but even with [Prince] Harry on her arm, she doesn’t seem to have the leverage to get there on her own. That’s where Kris comes in. She can be a huge help – but with Kris, nothing comes for free. She’s angling to get Meghan – and even Harry – on the show. The idea that Meghan would need to resort to wooing the Kardashians would have been unthinkable a few years ago, but these are desperate times. Having Kris pulling the strings is bound to make things messy and not something Harry is likely to be on board with. But Meghan wants these connections because it’s the key to getting funding, so he’s going to have to cooperate.”

The National Enquirer says Jelly Roll allegedly fears fans won’t relate to him the same way they did before now that he has lost 200 pounds.  A Nashville insider says, “It wasn’t just in the music — it was in his very name. Jelly Roll leaned into it, and fans loved him for it. He worried that if he lost the weight, people wouldn’t connect the same way. He thought losing pounds meant losing the character people adored, but now he’s the guy who proved you can transform and still keep your soul!”

Miranda Lambert tells Time magazine that Lainey Wilson embodies authenticity and passion. “She is such a light. She’s funny and she’s fun, and she has a spirit about her that brings joy to any room she walks in. Knowing her off the stage and on, I feel like I’m looking at the same person all the time. That’s pretty rare. What she does doesn’t define her. Who she is defines her, and that’s real authenticity. She lives and breathes songs, and you can see that passion in her eyes; it’s all about the music for her, and she lets the music lead.”

Radaronline.com says Nicole Kidman allegedly has a tough financial clause in her prenup with Keith Urban. According to sources, Nicole is “consumed with anger” over the agreement that could see Keith receive $600k for every year they were together. The actress now faces the prospect of having to pay millions due to the prenup terms.

Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman are reportedly divorcing after nearly 19 years of marriage, and a unique detail in their prenuptial agreement has drawn media attention. According to multiple sources, their prenup includes a so-called “cocaine clause,” which stipulates that Urban would receive approximately $600,000 for each year of marriage if he remained clean and sober from drugs and alcohol. Since Urban entered rehab in 2006, shortly after marrying Kidman, and has reportedly maintained sobriety since, he could be entitled to a payout estimated at around $11 million as part of the divorce settlement. Legal experts say such clauses—designed to provide financial incentives for certain behaviors—are rare but not unheard of, and may be enforceable if clearly defined in the agreement. The divorce proceedings are also expected to address custody of the couple’s two daughters and include mutual non-disparagement clauses, ensuring neither parent publicly speaks negatively about the other. While the clause may be financially beneficial to Urban, reports suggest Kidman may feel conflicted or even hurt by it, particularly given her support of his recovery journey over the years.

E! Online looked at Nicole Kidman’s divorce petition, and it says both she and Keith Urban pull down $100,000 a month in income.  Which seems low for Nicole.
