YouTuber Ryan Trahan just wrapped up an absolutely wild challenge — and it paid off in a huge way. In just 50 days, he and his wife hit the road on an ambitious journey to visit all 50 U.S. states, all in an effort to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Their original goal? Raise $1 million.
But by the time they reached their final destination, donations had skyrocketed past $11.5 million. Along the way, Trahan documented their daily adventures in a video series, racking up millions of views and inspiring fans to donate.
The final video of the journey was posted last month and includes an emotional thank-you to viewers who helped the campaign explode beyond expectations. 50 states in 50 days
