Remember Elizabeth Smart?  Back in 2002, when she was 14 years old, she was abducted from her bedroom in Salt Lake City.  She was held captive until police rescued her nine months later. Well, she’s 38 now and a married mother of three. Oh, and she’s also a competitive bodybuilder. She entered her fourth competition over the weekend, and won in the novice category.  She also medaled in two other categories. Elizabeth was afraid to talk about her new venture until recently.  But now she says, quote, “My body has carried me through every worst day, every hellish grueling experience, it’s created and nurtured three beautiful children. “My body has risen to every single challenge life has presented it with, and carried me through so I refuse to be ashamed of it.” (Check out a picture here.)

Rumor has it that Nashville will host the Super Bowl in 2030 at Nissan Stadium, which is the home of the Tennessee Titans and is scheduled to open next year.  Will 2030 be the year we’ll get a country music Super Bowl Halftime Show?

The Wrap says “Miami Vice ’85” will film in IMAX and is going to star Michael B. Jordan as Rico Tubbs and Austin Butler as Sonny Crockett. “Top Gun Maverick” director Joseph Kosinski will direct the movie. Universal Pictures will release it on August 6th, 2027.

RadarOnline.com says Madonna’s long-delayed biopic is being revived. “Ozark” star Julia Garner remains attached to play the singer.  A source says, “She will not take no for an answer. This is her story – and she’s going to tell it her way. Madonna realized the story is too big for two hours. She wants the full ride – the struggle, the ambition, the chaos.”

Elijah Wood says he’s often mistaken for Tobey Maguire and won’t correct people. “Most recently, I think it was actually Tobey Maguire, which does still happen, and it’s always for Spider-Man. It’s not for any of Tobey’s other work. It’s just like, ‘Hey, Spider-Man. I won’t correct people.”

The National Enquirer says Heather Locklear is allegedly convinced that her romance with Lorenzo Lamas will go all the way.  Lamas has been married six times. A source tells the magazine, “She’s convinced she and Lorenzo are the real deal who can go all the way. From her perspective it’s great that he’s lived a full life and as she readily admits, she’s far from a shrinking violet, either. They never run out of things to talk about. And even though there are cynics in her world who don’t approve, she’s paying them no notice and trusting her gut on this.”

The National Enquirer says Pamela Anderson allegedly declined an invite to join the Baywatch reboot. A source tells the magazine, “Pamela was approached — and she passed. She’s done with that chapter. She’s focused on where she’s going — not where she’s been. That era doesn’t define her anymore. Fans are going to expect that original magic — and Pamela was a huge part of that.”

The News International says Janet Jackson declined an invite to be in the new Michael Jackson biopic. Her sister Latoya tells Variety magazine, “I wish everybody was in the movie. (Janet) was asked and she kindly declined so you have to respect her wishes.” The film opens in theaters tomorrow.

The National Enquirer says George Clooney is allegedly at odds with Angelina Jolie. Clooney and his family got French citizenship. Jolie wants to live in France too. A source tells the magazine, “France has welcomed George with open arms, but now he hopes she stays the heck away. George remains incredibly loyal to Brad and always will be. His relationship with Angie was severed as soon as she dumped Brad.”

TMZ says Katie Holmes is not dating Joshua Jackson. Katie recently liked comments about dating Joshua. Fans online are hoping for a real Dawson’s Creek reunion. They co-star in the film ‘’Happy Hours.’’ A source says,  “The hype is funny and it’s pretty cute people are still rooting for Joey and Pacey more than two decades after the Dawson’s Creek finale.”

Michael Myers Mannequin Scares Off Car Thieves:  KTVB says a Michael Myers mannequin recently stopped New Orleans thieves from stealing a pickup truck. The truck’s owner placed the mannequin in his vehicle to deter anyone from taking it. He recently woke up to gunfire. The thieves were breaking into cars when they spotted the Halloween star in the front seat of the truck.  The Michael Myers mask on the mannequin scared them so they peppered the truck with bullets. The pickup had more than 20 bullet holes. They did not steal it.

Scarface House  Lists For $237 Million: The NY Post says the Key Biscayne, Florida home from the movie “ Scarface” recently hit the market for $237 million. The property sits in a waterfront community near Miami. Real estate watchers say the price will attract global buyers. The home has a helicopter pad

Style Caster says Lainey Wilson and Duck Hodges are allegedly going to marry in Nashville. A source says, “That is the best location because she has deep ties there and also Devlin has ties to Alabama, which is only a four hour drive away. It will be sexy country, like a California cowgirl look — so, traditional with a little sassiness thrown in.” Lainey says, “We just want it to be simple and we want to make that vow to each other and not be stressed out about what the flowers look like. I think we just want it to be about what it’s supposed to be about — and, of course, we’re going to have a dang good time.”

Lainey Wilson says Keith Urban once told her to stop complaining about being on the road. “I ran into him and I was so tired. I had been on the road, I think we played 180-something shows that year. And I saw him, and I was telling him, I was just like, ‘I’m tired.’ And he was like, ‘No whining on the yacht.’ And I was like, ‘Keith, you better get up out my face with that.”

Elizabeth Nichols tells Country Living that her future wedding won’t compare to Kelly Clarkson covering her song. “When I saw Kelly Clarkson cover my song, I don’t think I ever felt anything like that. My wedding might not compare. Sorry to my future husband..”

News 3 says Shania Twain is going to host the 61st ACM Awards on Sunday, May 17th. The awards will stream live on Prime Video.

Riley Green was recently performing in Nashville when he got booed. He and Drake White were singing  “Hell of A Way To Go” when fans started razzing him because of the lyric, “Watchin’ Alabama whoop up on Tennessee.” Riley then joked and said, “We are not Alabama fans, so y’all can relax about that. We are Auburn fans”. He won the crowd back by changing the lyric to,  “Alabama’s getting the hell kicked out of them by Tennessee.”

Ella Langley was doing a recent interview with CountryNow.com when she said her parents raised her to be a tomboy. “My dad’s pretty tough, and my mom’s not super-girly, so I’m more of a tomboy. Tough girls don’t have to say they’re tough. There are a lot of them out there. “

The Blast says Matthew McConaughey joined Bear Grylls on the Running Wild season premiere. They faced freezing water and steep climbs. Their big meal included boiled reindeer cooked over a fire. Grylls says, “There was always a nice connection, and he was all in. He’d go, Bring it on.”
