Taylor Sheridan, Paramount, and NBC Universal are all being sued by a writer who claims Sheridan stole her idea for a TV show and used it to create “Yellowstone”. The writer says she submitted a pilot script, show bible, and pitch deck for a show called “Sovereign Nation” to Sheridan’s reps in late 2016 and early 2017.  She says “Yellowstone” used her plot details and casting recommendations. She’s seeking damages and profits tied to the alleged copyright infringement and wants to stop future and continued infringement. (For reference, “Yellowstone” premiered June 20th of 2018.)

TMZ says a routine back procedure will keep Simon Cowell away from America’s Got Talent for several weeks. It is unclear who will fill in at the judges’ table during his absence.

A source says, “In a couple of their recent vacation photos, Lewis’s eyes begin to soften when he looks at Kim, and his hands around her have become gentler. The girls got Kelce’s attention from the stands as he waved before asking an equipment manager to bring them the yellow gloves. Both girls play flag football and are big fans of Kelce and Swift. The gloves had “Heights native” and “Killa Trav” printed inside.

The Blast says Dolly Parton allegedly plans to explore collaborating with companies that  create avatar performances. She canceled her Las Vegas residency due to health issues.  The project would use AI performances to let her perform for fans now and in the future.

Radar Online says Brad Pitt’s AA pals are allegedly  worried after his return to drinking. The 62-year-old actor says he now drinks in moderation after seven years of being sober. A source says, “Brad believes he understands himself much better now and has  established boundaries. Some of his AA friends simply don’t share that confidence. They supported him through a period when complete abstinence became incredibly important to him, so naturally this is difficult for them to see.”

The Daily Mail says former “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” star Pumpkin is upset that her OnlyFans account got her daughter rejected from a new school. Pumpkin was in the process of having her eight year-old daughter transferred to a private school when the application was suddenly rejected due to Pumpkin’s racy OnlyFans account. She later posted on Facebook, “I was told that my social media does not align with their school. Excuse me, what? I was brought into an office and told that my daughter would not be accepted because of MY social media. Not hers. MINE!” The mother of four, whose real name is Lauryn Shannon, has also been touring strip clubs and performing raunchy live shows.

A source says, “Glen is persistently and consistently pinging Sydney and her team about finding a different project they could both work on. She isn’t showing much interest or urgency to get back to work with Glen. Scooter has more of an influence on Sydney than anybody right now. Be that as it may, Glen is a self-starter with his own reasonably successful side career as a writer and producer. If he wants to get back together with Sydney onscreen, it’s going to come down to him sitting down and writing something that is so good, she can’t say no to it!”
