Wendy’s is switching from whole-leafed romaine lettuce to shredded iceberg lettuce for its burgers and chicken sandwiches.  They claim the move was made to “improve lettuce consistency.”

There’s a new TikTok trend of people wanting a beer . . . on the rocks.  It’s apparently catching on among Gen Z, and the idea is that adding ice is the “most refreshing way to drink a beer.” This isn’t the first time people have been passionate about ICE COLD beer . . . especially in the summer.  But adding actual ice is controversial.  Someone in the comments said, “Literally ANY chilling method is fine.  Except ice cubes.” Some “influencers” are taking it a step further by “crafting” their iced lager . . . making it a “chelada,” with lime juice and a salted rim, maybe with some tajin. In a recent poll, nearly one in three young adults admitted to putting their pints on ice, and 20% said they find the idea of adding ice to beer and wine “refreshing.”

Hisense is going viral because they are now selling a massive 136-inch TV. Priced regularly at $129,999, it is now on sale for $109,999. The TV has 24.88 million LEDs and is perfect for gamers with a 120Hz refresh rate. It’s too big for most doorways but will fit through horizontally. The TV is 10 ft wide by 6 ft high and weighs 320 lb 

Central Perk, the iconic ‘’Friends’’ hangout,  will soon be a real cafe in Times Square. The establishment will have an Orange Sofa room like on the show and artisanal coffee drinks

Nike is launching a dress shoe called the Air Afrique Air Max RK61.The leather dress shoe features an air bubble heel and a zip closure inspired by ‘90s Nike sneakers. The shoes will be available starting October 9th
