TV’s ‘Lie Detector’ Puts Gary Coleman’s Ex on the Hot Seat

There’s a new show premiering this week on A&E called “Lie Detector: Truth or Deception”, where a former FBI agent named George Olivo gives people polygraph tests. The first episode puts Gary Coleman’s ex-wife Shannon Price on the hot seat and asks her questions about the fall that led to Gary’s death in 2010.  She didn’t do well. Shannon was asked if she physically caused Gary’s fall.  She said no . . . and FAILED, “with deception.” Obviously, she doesn’t agree with the results. (The episode is streaming now, and it premieres on A&E tomorrow night.  Here’s a preview.)

RadarOnline.com claims Sarah Jessica Parker allegedly believes the success of “And Just Like That” is due to Kim Cattrall’s absence. A source says,  “They’re very clear that they don’t feel they need Kim to succeed. There’s no denying everyone seems way more relaxed this season, which has made it a much better experience overall and very collaborative. SJP, Kristin and Cynthia are so bonded. They’re like family, and the new cast members seem to fit in very naturally.  Network bosses have stopped pushing for the reunion angle to boost the show, which has helped morale, too. But if the worst happens and it flops, it’ll be humiliating because it will absolutely be blamed on the fact that they don’t have Kim.”

Among the first things he asks is if Lara is free. But it’s also a little bittersweet because he mourns how good the two of them had it back then. They always had plenty of fun. He’s saying it had not faded and that they’d hoped they’d find their way back to each other someday. Lara has a huge impact on him. Jack would come more than a friend, and this can’t be like the pain that he’ll take if he can get.”
