Lisa Marie Presley’s posthumous memoir came out yesterday with the help of her daughter Riley Keough. It’s called “From Here to the Great Unknown”. Lisa Marie reveals some things you’ve probably never heard about . . . like how she kept her son Benjamin’s body on dry ice at her home for TWO MONTHS. (Benjamin took his own life on July 12th, 2020. He was 27.) Riley says that she and her mom decided to get tattoos that matched Benjamin’s. So, they had a tattoo artist come to the house to see Benjamin’s tattoos . . . in person . . . on his body.

It was just reported that Carrie Underwood is paid $1 million bucks every time the theme song from NBC’s “Sunday Night Football” plays. And, she said she records the whole season all at once. $18 million dollars for one day’s work is pretty spectacular. Good on you, Carrie. She sings every possible combination of teams that could possibly, maybe play each other for the playoffs, she said even if in the back of her mind, she’s like, ‘I know they ain’t going to make it into the playoffs.'”

Which is kind of like doing a show about the Beatles, but not including John or Paul. There’s still lots to figure out, including who would be a part of the final cast and whether there’s enough there to build a full series around. It’s very much a work in progress.
