John Krasinski is “People” magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive.  But when it’s time to pass the torch, could his successor be . . . JACK BLACK??? A “People” staffer named Rachel McRady has made it her mission to make that happen.  She says, quote, “The man is a triple threat who can sing, dance and act his face off. Last year’s Sexiest Man Alive was announced in mid-November, so there’s time for this campaign to take hold.  And I sincerely hope it does. On “Wheel of Fortune” last week, Ryan Seacrest wiped out while chasing a wheel of cheese across the studio floor.  Ryan decided to give it a try, so Vanna White rolled a giant FAKE wheel of cheese across the studio floor so Ryan could chase it.  And he either purposely dove or WIPED OUT trying to grab it.  It looked like maybe a little bit of both.  (Here’s the video.)

TMZ says the iconic Victorian home from the show “Full House” in San Francisco has been sold for $6 million. The four-bedroom house on “Postcard Row” was initially listed for $6.5 million. The property features a top-floor master suite with bay views and a custom chef’s kitchen.The backyard has an English garden, complete with concrete slabs featuring hand prints and signatures from the “Full House” cast.

The Globe says Ben Affleck is allegedly eyeing actress Sydney Sweeney following her broken engagement. Affleck reportedly admires Sweeney’s beauty, brains, and career success. Despite their age gap, he sees potential compatibility due to their shared preferences for low-key nights and her sobriety. A source says, “Ben has been crushing on Sydney for a while. Just like nearly every other man in the world, he thinks she’s incredibly hot and he’d love a chance to take her out. He swears his interest goes beyond her looks. She’s already making moves in Hollywood as a producer, and he thinks that’s incredibly impressive,” the source continued. “He’s heard great things about her intelligence and business savvy through the grapevine so he’s very eager to meet her and see for himself.”

InTouch Weekly says Cher is allegedly keen on getting engaged to boyfriend Alexander ‘A.E.’ Edwards. A source tells the magazine, “Cher and A.E. have had some bumps along the way, but the past year they have been solid as a rock, to the point where she’s started dropping hints that she wants him to marry her,” the source reveals. Even though Cher is pretty clearly in the dominant position as far as the power dynamic of the relationship goes, she’s still expecting a ring delivered to her on one knee, or at least something equivalent in A.E.’s own style. She’s an old-school romantic,” the source continues, meaning that, for her, “the man has to propose, she’s not going to do the asking.” 

RadarOnline.com says Mickey Rourke alarmed Celebrity Big Brother producers by passing out cold shortly after entering the house. A source says, “Mickey was seen as a top signing, a huge Hollywood name who’ll bring prestige and hopefully some crazy tales from Tinsel Town. The fact he’s already clearly very tired after barely being inside the house is concerning. He’s had all the usual health checks before entering, but nobody would have predicted his early night, that’s for sure.” Another source says, “Mickey is a real character and has a very unique way of going about things. He is outspoken and isn’t afraid to say what’s on his mind. He’s proud of his body and loves walking around naked.”

Brigada News says Kelly Clarkson’s recent break from her talk show has allegedly sparked fears of a breakdown. A source tells the website, “She’s worried that if ratings don’t turn around, she could be canceled. She gave up touring and put music on pause for this show, and now she’s wondering if it was a mistake. She’s constantly juggling her show, her kids, and this tense relationship with Brandon. It feels like the weight of it all is crushing her. She tried to clear her head. But the root of her pain hasn’t changed. People around her are seriously concerned that she’s nearing a breakdown.”

This is beyond impressive.  If you haven’t seen “Love on the Spectrum” on Netflix, you should check it out.  It’s a touching show about people on the autism spectrum trying to find true love. And one of the castmates, named Tyler, is lighting up the country music world . . . because he has a superpower.  If you name any country music song, Tyler can tell you what KEY it was sang in. So, when he meets Madison, who is a huge country music fan herself, the sparks start flying. 

“White Lotus” creator Mike White is feuding with the show’s former composer, which doesn’t necessarily sound interesting.  But it’s getting pretty heated.
