Legendary actor Val Kilmer passed away yesterday from pneumonia. He was 65. Some of his screen credits include “Top Gun”, where he played “Iceman”, Jim Morrison in “The Doors” . . . and Batman in “Batman Forever”. (There are plenty of people who would say that Val was their FAVORITE Batman.) His final role was returning to play “Iceman” again in “Top Gun: Maverick” back in 2022.

Dylan Scott was doing a recent interview with Holler Country magazine when he said he’s surprised becoming a father has mellowed him out. “I always thought being a dad would make me a stressed out mess. But it’s done the opposite. It’s kind of mellowed me out. It’s like, whatever happens happens.”

Blake Shelton tells Newsweek magazine that he only has three things on his rider when he does a concert. “I need Sprite Zero and vodka. It’s pretty simple. That’s it. I don’t want Cheeze-Its, you don’t have to put gum back there, no green M&Ms. Sprite Zero, vodka and ice.”

Not everyone’s happy about this photo of the four guys who’ll star in the four upcoming Beatles biopics. One of the first commenters said, “Who was the casting director? Stevie Wonder?” (Speaking of the Beatles, here’s what A.I. thinks John Lennon and George Harrison would look like today.)
The “John Wick” spin-off “Ballerina” hits theaters in June, but that’s not the end of the franchise. Not even close. There’s a bunch more stuff in the works, including “John Wick 5”. And yes, Keanu Reeves is back, even though he supposedly died at the end of “John Wick 4”. He’s also in “Ballerina”. In addition to Chapter 5, there will also be an animated prequel film . . . and a spin-off movie featuring Caine, the blind assassin played by Donnie Yen in “Chapter 4”.
Keith Urban was performing at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville last week, when he noticed a female fan who had a sign that said, quote, “I beat cancer to hug Keith Urban.” And Keith obliged. He went into the crowd . . . hugged the fan . . . and even paused so that they could take a photo together. The crowd cheered . . . but also stayed out of the way so that the fan could have her moment with Keith. The concert was a charity event for Susan G. Komen’s breast cancer research efforts. A number of breast cancer warriors were in the audience, and the benefit raised $700,000 for cancer research. (There’s video of this special moment online.)
