Imagine 83-year-old Martha Stewart as “The Golden Bachelorette”.  I could see it getting the best ratings of any “Bachelor Nation” show ever.  Sadly, it’s not gonna happen. And why? Quote, “The guys aren’t hot enough.” (Here’s video. You can skip ahead to the 2:15 mark.)

Atlanta News First says Chick-fil-A will debut their new streaming service, Chick-fil-A Play,  on November 18th. The platform will feature original animated shows, scripted podcasts, games, crafts, and e-books. 

Engadget says “Alien: Romulus,” the latest addition to the Alien franchise, is set to be released as a limited edition VHS tape on December 3rd. The tape celebrates the 45th anniversary of ‘Alien’ and will come in a retro-looking case.

The Business Times says Keith Urban is allegedly anxious that his daughter, Sunday Rose, might fall into the pitfalls of Hollywood fame. A source says, “He comes from a very humble background where grit and hard work are the only things that lead to success. He worries about them turning into nepobrats or, even worse, getting sucked into the dark side of Hollywood. Nicole has been much more relaxed about Sunday and Faith wanting to follow their dreams, but even she worries about internet trolls. Keith is hoping the reaction to Paris will convince Nicole to pull the reins back on their ambitious girls – he wants them in colleges, not on catwalks.”

Tim McGraw tells Time magazine that performing is better than when he was a roofer. “Growing up in Louisiana, I roofed a lot,. When you’re having dinner or something, and somebody comes up for an autograph, and they always say, ‘Well, I bet you’re tired of doing this,’ or ‘I bet you hate doing this,’ or ‘This gets old.’ And I’m like, ‘Look, it’s better than roofing.’ That’s usually my comeback.”

Chris Young tells CMT that his dog might be more popular than he is. “I have a German Shepherd named Porter. He’s got his own Instagram page. I swear one day I’m gonna wake up and he’s gonna have more followers than I do!”

In Touch Weekly says Matt Damon is allegedly stuck in the middle of Prince Harry and Prince William’s feud. A tipster says, “Matt is essentially being courted by both of them right now.”  “Matt doesn’t want to be seen to be taking sides or favoring one over the other and he’s essentially being wooed by both of them right now. Which puts him in a very difficult position, especially because William is talking about bringing him to London for events and having him come to Buckingham palace. That certainly appeals to him, but he’s also got a relationship with Harry and he’s not going to just toss him to the side because William’s holding out these shiny offers. So now Matt’s getting pressured to pick a lane, and it’s becoming very uncomfortable. It wouldn’t surprise anyone if he simply opted out and ditched them both, he hates dealing with drama.”

Al Pacino tells Just Jared that he turned down a role in Star Wars after the success of ‘’The Godfather’’. “The Godfather followed me everywhere I went and overshadowed everything I did. After The Godfather, they would have let me play anything. They offered me the role of Han Solo in Star Wars. So there I am, reading Star Wars. I gave it to Charlie. I said, ‘Charlie, I can’t make anything out of this.’ He calls me back. ‘Neither can I.’ So I didn’t do it.”

In Touch Weekly says Kim Kardashian is going for a more professional look as she prepares to take the bar exam in February. A source says, “Kim’s passion and drive to become a bona fide lawyer is still going strong and her plan is to take the bar exam in February. She has a ton of work to do to prepare and knows that the odds of passing it the first time aren’t super high, but she’s convinced she can pull it off so she’s really pushing herself hard right now with her studies. She knows passing the bar will be huge, but she also wants her image to be more traditional, so she’s getting all sorts of mood boards together for her new, more professional look. She’ll still be sexy, but she wants it to be toned down and classier – less glitter, less hoop earrings and more diamonds, more pearls and more power suits. Her sisters are all teasing her and accusing her of wanting to cosplay at being a lawyer, but she’s not letting it dissuade her. She feels like she needs to dress for the job she wants and she’s having fun creating her new look.”

Does Aaron Rodgers pick his nose and EAT IT?  Because cameras caught him on the sidelines during “Sunday Night Football” doing something that looked suspiciously like picking his nose and eating it. (Check it out here.)

Toby Keith was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame on Sunday, along with John Anderson and guitarist James Burton.  Blake Shelton surprised with a performance on Toby’s American flag guitar.  He did a medley of “I Love This Bar” and “Red Solo Cup”.  (You can see photos here.) Post Malone also paid tribute and performed “Wish I Didn’t Know Now”. Keith Richards of The Rolling Stones hit the stage to honor James Burton with Vince Gill.

If you’ve watched Kelsea Ballerini’s video for her latest single, “First Rodeo“, you probably noticed a familiar face . . . her boyfriend Chase Stokes from “Outer Banks”.  Chase says it was a “no brainer” to be in it because it’s about their love story.  They’ve been dating since January of 2023.  

Jelly Roll stopped by a juvenile detention center in Ohio and schooled a bunch of kids at spades.  He joked that playing cards was more fun than preaching at them.  But he did some of that too.  He wanted them to know they can choose a different path, just like he did. (Here’s the video.)

Riley Green brought up three young fans onstage at his show last Friday in Indio, California.  They performed “There Was This Girl”.  He posted a video of the moment and said, quote, “I don’t normally give out my duck calls but these girls earned it.  Gotta love when fans steal the show.” 

So I guess Billy Joel is a Swiftie . . . or at least his two youngest daughters are.
