World of Reel says:    Will Smith is gearing up to reprise his love guru role in a sequel to his 2005 rom-com “Hitch.” It seems the Fresh Prince’s script options are stuck in sequel mode, with “I Am Legend 2” and “Bad Boys 5” also on his to-do list. Originality may be on hiatus, but at least the nostalgia train is full steam ahead for the Fresh Prince.

The Daily Mail says Macaulay Culkin never learned how to drive despite earning millions by age 12. His fiancée Brenda Song revealed he also never learned how to do laundry. Song is now teaching Culkin how to do both.

Hasbro is developing a reality competition series based on the board game “Monopoly”. Hasbro said that around a half-billion copies of the game have been sold in more than 100 countries around the world since 1935. Hasbro Entertainment is also working on feature film adaptation of the game.

This could be interesting . . . if it’s true:  So-called “sources” say that with Katy Perry’s big music comeback flatlining, she wants to take her “American Idol” job back from Carrie Underwood. Unless the new season is a ratings disaster, there’s no way Katy is getting back in that chair. Maybe we could just add another chair alongside Underwood, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan?

OutKick magazine says ‘’Malcolm in the Middle’’ star Frankie Muniz is making the leap to full-time NASCAR racing next season in the truck series. The former child star expressed his passion for racing. Muniz has been racing since 2006 and has overcome challenges, including injuries, to reach this milestone. He has signed with FORD Performance and Reaume Brothers Racing.

James Van Der Beek gave an update on his battle with cancer.

The Sun says Pete Davidson will allegedly not return to SNL due to his feud with Colin Jost. An insider says, “Pete and Colin’s falling out went all the way to the top. And Lorne (Michaels) has been made aware of the situation. Despite Pete being invited to host in the past — it’s not looking likely that the comedian will be invited back anytime soon. Colin simply doesn’t want to be associated with Pete.” The two own a Staten Island ferry.

Millie Bobby Brown has 62 pets. 

A new documentary claims that Jim Morrison is still alive and working as a maintenance man named “Frank” in Syracuse, New York.  It’s called “Before the End: Searching for Jim Morrison”, and it’s on Apple TV+. (Check out the trailer here.)
