Val Kilmer’s portrayal of Doc Holliday in the 1993 Western “Tombstone” is LEGENDARY. Kurt Russell played Wyatt Earp, and said he was “great” to work with.  They exchanged gifts after filming.  Kurt bought Val a burial plot in Boothill Cemetery in Tombstone, Arizona . . . and Val bought Kurt a plot of land overlooking the cemetery. On a related, and sadder, note . . . TMZ says Val was very frail and confined to his bed during the last few years of his life. (Check out tributes from various celebs here.)

Remember how Kelly Clarkson took an unexplained hiatus from her talk show last month? Well, now there are multiple sources claiming that Kelly wants OUT.  She allegedly wants to leave when her contract with NBC ends next year to spend more time with her kids. She shares an 8-year-old son and a 10-year-old daughter with ex-husband Brandon Blackstock. (Kelly is currently living in New York City, but she grew up in Texas.)

This was announced on April Fools’ Day, but it’s NOT a prank:  Dolly Parton is hawking her own jeans, which are called “Joleans.”  That’s obviously a play on her classic hit, “Jolene“. The pants are available for a limited time through Khloe Kardashian’s label, “Good American” starting today.  You can get them online and in select Nordstrom stores.  They aren’t cheap.  The collection runs between $64 and $229, and comes in sizes ranging from ‘XS’ to ‘5X.’ Dolly says, “They make any butt look good, especially if you’ve got a good butt, they look great. If you’ve got just an okay butt, they still look great.”

The entire plot of Season 3 of “The White Lotus” came to creator Mike White in a dream.  Or, more accurately, a hallucination, while he was hospitalized with bronchitis.  Apparently, his vision is pretty much what they ended up shooting.

The Daily Express says Michael Jackson’s chimpanzee Bubbles is turning 42. He resides in a Florida sanctuary. Bubbles is described as “artistic, gentle, and shy.” The chimp was once a companion to Jackson but now spends time quietly painting and hanging out with fellow chimps.Despite his imposing size, Bubbles prefers to avoid the camera and occasionally spits at strangers to gauge their reactions.

RadarOnline.com says Brad Pitt is working hard to keep his relationship with Ines de Ramon strong. A source says, “He is struggling to keep the love alive. He is doing everything he can to keep Ines happy. That means he is flying her to New Zealand to visit and showering her with special surprises and gifts. He is really in love with her and wants to keep the relationship as solid as can be.’’

RadarOnline.com claims Tom Cruise is allegedly pursuing actress Ana de Armas as his next Scientology bride and is showering her with VIP treatment and gifts. A source reveals, “The official word is they’re discussing a movie collaboration, though no one around them believes that’s all it is. Tom has a gleam in his eye and a smile that can only mean he’s in hot pursuit – and Ana is the prey. And by the giddy expression on her face, it seems to be working. Tom’s infatuated with Ana, and he’s made up his mind that she’s the one. The fact that she’s been in this on-again, off-again relationship with Cuesta is of no consequence to him. And his mentors in Scientology will have had to have approved her as a potential partner. He’s been talking about his association with the church over dinner with Ana. The church is a big part of his life, and anyone he’s serious about must convert. The way Tom sees it is Ana is just the kind of girl to bring glamour to his religion and make it relevant again in Hollywood circles.”
