For the first six seasons of “South Park”, Kenny died in almost every episode. They stopped making it a regular bit more than 20 years ago, but they still off him every now and then. Have you ever wondered how many times Kenny has died? Well, the answer, according to the website SlashFilm, is 128. That’s 98 times on the regular series, 14 times in specials and shorts, TWICE in the movie “South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut”, and 14 times in VIDEO GAMES.
If you’re a diehard Toby Keith fan . . . this could pique your interest. Jamey Johnson and Toby were in the midst of writing sessions when he died of stomach cancer back in February . . . but unfortunately nothing was finished. He suggests that he could recruit some of Toby’s friends to help him work on them. But, quote, “Right now . . . [we] are still hurting, and it’s probably not time to start trying to do that just yet.” (With a songwriter as prolific as Toby Keith, it should come as no surprise that he’s still got music in the vault.)
Jelly Roll just talked to his wife, Bunnie Xo, on her podcast about the anxiety he has with his cell phone. He gets overwhelmed because he gets so many text messages, and he can’t answer them all. (You can listen to the phone story, here.)
An interviewer joked with 55-year-old Jennifer Lopez that she’s “getting up there.” She didn’t get mad. She thanked her fans for sticking by her and said, quote, “I honestly feel that the best is yet to come.” (For the record, J-Lo is 55 . . . so she won’t be 60 when “Selena” hits its 30th anniversary in 2027. Not quite. Anyway, here’s video.)
Dan + Shay star Shay Mooney tells NBC that he went all in when he decided to get into shape. “I was like, ‘Man, I’m tired of feeling horrible all the time.’ I was too tired and rundown mentally to play with my kids when I got off the road, or really just ever. It was all the time. I knew that that was because of my unhealthy eating habits and drinking too much. I started eating super clean, whole foods and fasting, and I cut out alcohol, and I haven’t looked back.”
Closer Online says Jennifer Aniston and Sandra Bullock are allegedly both ready to date again. An insider says, ‘After all the heartache and grief, Sandra has endured, she’s finally ready to dip her toe back in the dating pool again, and knowing how much Jen is longing to meet someone too, she suggested they join forces and give each other some moral support – while having some fun too. Sandra loved the idea of double-dating with a close friend who she felt comforted and supported by, so they’ve been enjoying being romanced by eligible bachelors set-up for them by mutual pals including Courteney (Cox) and Reese (Witherspoon).’
Jim Carrey tells ComicBook.com that he is open to returning in a sequel to “The Mask”. “Oh gosh, you know, it has to be the right idea. If somebody had the right idea, I guess. It’s not really about the money. I joke about the money… But I never know. You can’t be definite about these things.”
