“Captain America: Brave New World” kept the top spot at the box office this weekend. The new horror flick “The Monkey” finished second.
“Survivor” fans will get to vote on elements of the game for the 50th season.
But that’s still a year away. Season 48 premieres on Wednesday. It’s the question that’s been burning in your mind. When will The Wiggles and Dolly Parton FINALLY release a song together? The wait is over, AND the Wiggles doubled down by putting out TWO new songs with Dolly. The first one is called “Friends” and features vocals from Dolly. The second is “Counting 1 to 5” (You can check that out, here.) which is a cover of Dolly’s classic song “9 to 5”. The Wiggles’ new country album, “Wiggle Up, Giddy Up”, will be out on March 7th. Two years ago, Angela Bassett was poised for Oscar glory, nominated for Best Supporting Actress for “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”. She lost to Jamie Lee Curtis, for her role in “Everything Everywhere All at Once”. Angela’s reaction when Jamie Lee’s name was announced was meme-worthy and critics were quick to pounce on her candid expression. Angela still defends her reaction and says she found it interesting that she wasn’t allowed to be disappointed at an outcome where she thought she was deserving. I think it would be so hard to fake joy in that situation…and look what happens if you don’t…you become a meme.
Geo TV says Kelsea Ballerini recently paused her concert in Charlotte, North Carolina to comfort a young boy who shared his experience of being bullied. The boy held a sign asking for a selfie. It read; “I get bullied at school because I am a boy and I love you. Can we take a selfie?” Ballerini reassured him that he was more than okay and surrounded by friends. This prompted a loud cheer from the crowd.
RadarOnline.com says Austin Butler is learning the ropes of being a Hollywood bachelor from his friend Leonardo DiCaprio. A source says, “Austin KNOWS he’s the It Guy in Hollywood and he plans to take advantage of that. Leo’s happy to pass on his expertise to a young stud that he believes is worthy to follow in his footsteps. Leo’s like his love guru, pointing him to women who won’t expect too much in terms of a relationship – but are happy to bask in his stardom for a while. Austin is sorry he hurt her, but he wants to let Leo guide him through the spoils of stardom – and Leo’s happy to have a playboy protégé.”
Page Six says Tom Brady and Irina Shayk have quietly reignited their romance after a year apart. An insider reveals, “Tom and Irina have started dating each other again and are open to see where things go. They’ve been talking on the phone. Neither one is in a serious relationship right now, so why not take a trip.”
HELLO! Magazine says Paris Hilton hosted a star-studded 44th birthday bash at her Beverly Hills mansion with guests like Snoop Dogg, Sofia Vergara and Jessica Alba. The party was filled with glitz, glamour, and viral moments, including Snoop Dogg lighting a blunt just as Paris blew out the candles on her heart-shaped cake.
Angelina Jolie played Colin Farrell’s mother in “Alexander”, but she’s only a year older than him in real life. And Florence Pugh was 23 when she played a 13-year-old in “Little Women”. In “Hanna Montana”, Jason Earles played Miley Cyrus’ older brother. When the show started, the character was 16 . . . but Jason was 29. (Check out more here.)

Lainey Wilson got engaged earlier this month to her long-time boyfriend Duck Hodges, and country fans all over the world are happy for them. But now everyone’s focusing on more important issues. Like how MASSIVE her engagement ring is. One fan even said, “That’s not a rock, that’s a lot of rocks.” (Lainey joked last year that her only requirement for a ring was it had to be huge.)
