Tim McGraw: ‘I’m the Worst Singer in the Family’

Tim McGraw is an icon.  One of the biggest names in the history of country music.  But he doesn’t even think he’s the best singer in his own family. Here’s what he said, “I’m the worst singer in the family.  It’s true.  I’m pretty good, but I’m the worst singer in the family.” Of course, when you’re married to Faith Hill, that makes sense.  But now his three daughters, Gracie, Maggie, and Audrey, have all passed him up, too. Tim said, “I’d love to do a song with all five of us at some point.  I talk about it all the time and they’re like, ‘I ain’t gonna sing with you, Dad’ . . .  Maybe I’ll talk them into it . . . They’ll sing with Mom, but I’m probably not up to par with the rest of them.”

55-year-old Julie Bowen thought she was going to die when she was 29 because she had to get a pacemaker. She got diagnosed with heart rhythm disorder called sick sinus syndrome, which caused her to have a low resting heart rate.  Hers was in the 30s, but the normal range for a woman is between 60 and 100 beats per minute. A doctor also told her she actually didn’t have any risk of dying, just a risk of passing out.  They even warned her if she didn’t get the pacemaker put in, she could potentially kill someone if she passed out behind the wheel. Since then, she’s had the batteries replaced three times.
