Medical professionals caution against the practice, citing the potential for infections and allergic reactions.  Some warn that it may not be worth the health risks involved. The paper says celebrities want tattoos under anesthesia because it stops them from squirming and feeling pain.  Some men are able to get entire back tattoos in one session. Once they are under anesthesia, four tattoo artists ink their backs
