Domino’s Pizza and Yellow Tail Wine have teamed up to offer a limited edition red blend for $12. The wine is meant to pair well with pizza and comes with a tech feature. Customers can twist off the bottle cap, tap it to their smartphones, and have their order delivered within an hour. 

Sapporo Beer recently released a new beer called Adult Chocolate Mint. The beer has a strong mint flavor and chocolate notes. It pairs well with sweet snacks like eclairs. Sapporo says drinkers should not pair it with savory foods

Popeyes is collaborating with Tequila Don Julio on a tequila-marinated chicken sandwich for the Super Bowl. The limited-edition menu item will be available in select cities 

Twix has announced a contest that’s running during the Super Bowl, where viewers go to Twix’s website during every commercial break . . . and compete in a staring contest.  One winner will get two ACTUAL gold bars. 

Want to try the “healthiest meal in the world”?  A nutritionist in England claims this is it:  Start with labneh cheese, roasted tomatoes, and broccoli.  For the main course, citrus mackerel salad with fennel.  And for dessert, tofu chocolate mousse with blueberries.

Starbucks plans to simplify their menu by removing 30% of their food and drink options this year. The initiative aims to speed up service. New offerings will be added based on customer preferences.

Nike has unveiled their new Air Max 90 “Batman” Sneakers. The sneakers are black with gold accents and gold writing. They cost $130 

Some 30 second Super Bowl commercials have sold for as much as $8 million. It is believed to be record pricing for the event. A.I.-focused ads are up this year while movie trailer spots are down.

Time for another classic TV show reboot.  Netflix is rebooting “Little House on the Prairie“. One of the big reasons why . . . the original series streams on Peacock and last year people streamed more than 13 billion minutes of it. No word yet on casting or a start date.  The original series ran from 1974 to 1983.  A Netflix exec says the new version will be “part hopeful family drama, part epic survival tale, and part origin story of the American West.”
