Women are rubbing potato peels on their faces for youthful skin. The trend started on Tik Tok when a 51-year-old woman used raw potato peels on her cheeks. She claims she looks 20 years younger. The potato peel contains retinol, which helps fight acne scars and blackheads. 

There’s a list online of the U.S. airports with the “most expensive beer prices” . . . and LaGuardia Airport in New York is #1.  The average beer there costs $13.83. 

Scientists have found that people with a sweet tooth generally have a more amiable disposition.

Pillsbury and Goose Creek Candle have teamed up to create candles that smell like Pillsbury dough and other baked treats. Nine new candle scents, including, Apple Cinnamon Bread, Banana Bread, Buttermilk Biscuits, Chocolate Cookie Dough, Cinnamon Rolls, Crescents, Perfect Apple Pie, Pumpkin Spice, and Sugar Cookie Dough, are available this holiday season. The candles cost $11.99 

Villa Vie Residences is offering a four-year cruise to help Americans escape politics after the 2024 Presidential election. Passengers can travel to 140 countries and return home in 2028. Prices start at $255,999 for single rooms and $319,998 for double rooms. Passengers can also choose shorter trips for 1, 2, or 3 years, starting at $79,999.

Some toy-buyers discovered that Mattel printed the URL for a NAUGHTY website on the boxes of their dolls for the movie “Wicked”.  They had it as Wicked.com instead of WickedMovie.com.  Mattel has apologized.

There’s a new survey out on bathroom habits at work, and one in 12 employees (8%) claim they have NEVER pooed at work, and 34% are scared to do so. Nearly one in five employees (19%) refuse to poop at work unless it’s absolutely necessary.  And one in four choose to hold it in all day and wait until they get home. For most people, the biggest issue is “lack of privacy” . . . and that’s probably more common when they’re larger bathrooms, rather than one-person, lockable rooms. “Embarrassment about the smell” is second . . . followed by “noise concerns,” “fear of judgement from coworkers,” “concerns about cleanliness,” and people who “can’t go in public, due to being ‘poop shy.'” For what it’s worth, WOMEN are far more likely to dislike pooing at work.

“The Wall Street Journal” did a big story on a new trend at America’s universities.  More and more parents are visiting their kids at school to PARTY with them. 

Being freshly divorced or newly separated boosts the risk of a road accident by 400 percent, according to a French study.

Disney has announced that a new trilogy of “Star Wars” movies is in the works. Episodes 10, 11, and 12 will NOT be a continuation of the Skywalker Saga. The films are being written by “Deadpool” and “X-Men” producer Simon Kinberg. There has not been a mainline “Star Wars” movie since “The Rise of Skywalker” in 2019. A “Mandalorian and Grogu” movie is currently scheduled for a 2026 theatrical release.
