Easter egg prices have increased by 50% this year. Sizes are shrinking as well. Retailers blame rising cocoa costs for the price hikes. The price of chocolate has risen by 16.5% in the last year.

Brach’s is offering an Easter egg hiding service to help families enjoy their hunt together. The service is available in America’s top 10 Jelly Bean markets, including Baltimore, Boston, and Chicago.

Costco is now selling a 4 and 1/2 lb tiramisu cheesecake. It’s been rated a 9.7 out of 10. It costs $23.99 and has 16 slices. Each slice is 470 calories and has 33 grams of fat. The cheesecake has a total of 5,640 calories 

Breast milk-flavored ice cream is coming. To celebrate the launch of Frida’s new 2-in-1 Manual Breast Pump, breast milk-flavored ice cream will be available in nine months. The ice cream contains essential nutrients found in breast milk. Celebrities have expressed excitement for the unique flavor.Customers can sign up on Frida’s website for updates.

Hooters is revamping its image and axing iconic bikini nights in a bid to avoid bankruptcy. The restaurant chain hopes to attract a more diverse clientele with fresher ingredients and quicker service. 

Five years ago this week, as the world was having to get used to COVID lockdowns, a police department in Oregon posted a reminder on their Facebook page, asking the public to not call for an emergency if they ran out of toilet paper due to the pandemic. Police in Newport, Oregon, wrote on Facebook: “It’s hard to believe that we even have to post this. Do not call 9-1-1 just because you ran out of toilet paper. You will survive without our assistance.”
