Starbucks’ new holiday cups will be out TODAY.  But they have been COMPLETELY OVERSHADOWED by the new, viral “bear-ista” cups, which are bear-shaped, clear, and have a hat as a lid. 

Google says Christmas music searches are way up.  “When does Christmas music start on the radio” is a top-trending search over the past week.  A new report this week found over two dozen stations around the U.S. switched over and started playing all Christmas music this past weekend. 

A mystery object, dubbed 3I/ATLAS, is whizzing through space towards Earth. Scientists at NASA have observed the object picking up speed and now have it traveling at 152,000 mph. Some experts speculate it could be an extraterrestrial artifact due to its unusual behavior. The mystery object is the size of Manhattan 

77% of Gen Z and Millennials expect to drink the same amount of alcohol “or more” during the holidays this year.

Nightly phone use before bed does not significantly impact overall sleep quality. Sleep quality, timing, and daytime alertness were similar or even better among frequent screen users compared to those who rarely used screens.  The relationship between screen use and sleep is complex and may depend on individual habits and age-related sensitivity to light

Tinder is testing a new AI tool called Chemistry.  It scans users’ camera rolls, reviews pictures, and then attempts to match you with others who have similar pictures. The feature aims to alleviate “swipe fatigue” by offering personalized matches based on user interests.
