Jelly Roll got into a confrontation with Logan Paul on WWE “Smackdown” Friday night.  And now, it’s gonna be Jelly Roll and Randy Orton vs. Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre at SummerSlam next month. Check out a video of the whole thing here. 

George Strait just announced the “Strait to the Heart” benefit that will directly help Texas Hill Country flood victims.  The donor dinner and concert will take place July 27th in Boerne, Texas. All of the $1,000 tickets have already been sold out. They still have $2,500 and $5,000 reserved seating left. Dolly Parton said in a recent interview that she’s having a hard time writing new songs ever since her husband passed away.  She said, “I have so much going on, that I can’t afford the luxury of getting that emotional right now.” (You can listen to Dolly’s interview with Khloe Kardashian, here.  Dolly starts talking about Carl around the 15-minute mark.)

Conner Smith was just issued a Class A misdemeanor for “failure to yield the right of way resulting in death.”  Last month he was driving his truck in Nashville when he struck and killed a 77-year-old woman walking in a crosswalk.  He’s facing up to one year in jail. On Friday, Conner made his first public comments about it. He said, “Four weeks ago, I was involved in a tragic vehicle accident that resulted in the loss of a life.  Not a day has gone by that I haven’t grieved, prayed, and mourned for Ms. Dobbins and her family . . .”My heart is broken in a way I’ve never experienced, and I still struggle to fully process the weight of it all.  I ask that you continue to lift the Dobbins family up in prayer by name, asking for God’s peace to surround them each day.”

CBR says Nintendo is planning to do a “Donkey Kong” film. No casting or creative details are available, but Seth Rogen could potentially reprise his role from “The Super Mario Bros. Movie.” This would be Nintendo’s fourth film adaptation after the two “Mario” movies and a live-action “Legend of Zelda” film.

Cllct Media says ‘Happy Gilmore 2′ hockey-stick putters are trending. Made by Callaway, the limited-edition Odyssey putters and golf balls, inspired by the original Happy Gilmore movie, cost $499.99. The putter does not conform to golf rules and is meant to be a collector’s item. ‘Happy Gilmore 2’ starts streaming on Netflix on July 25th 

Morgan Wallen was recently doing an interview with Billboard magazine when he said balancing his fame with quiet escapes is essential to his well-being. “It’s still weird, and there’s parts of that that I don’t like. … That’s why I take up hunting so much. I think because I can go be with my buddies. I’m in the middle of nowhere, I can be at ease, I can not stress out.”

Newsweek magazine says Travis Kelce accidentally hit a fan in the neck during the American Century Golf Championship in Lake Tahoe. The fan, a Kelce supporter, laughed it off. Kelce offered a heartfelt apology 

Josh Ross tells CountryNow.com that he loves both his Canadian roots and his U.S. life. “I feel like I’m always representing Canada no matter where I go… I’ve got family on both sides of the border, and I love both countries.”

The Daily Mail says Jennifer Aniston is in a ‘very good place right now’ in her new romance with hypnotist Jim Curtis. An insider says, ‘They’ve been seeing each other for a few months now. They were introduced by a friend and started out as friends. She’s really into self-help and wellness. They are dating, but it’s still casual. She’s been happy on her own, but she’s also open to sharing her life with someone. As long as it feels right.’

Sam Hunt tells People magazine that fatherhood has led him to embrace more thoughtful, traditional choices in both style and life. “Part of it is that early on when I was younger, I wanted to push back on norms and traditions… So I feel the need to order myself more, tuck my shirt in, and dress up. But part of it is just getting older. I consider myself a country boy… I am just finally settling into my roots.”

Whiskey Riff says Brooks & Dunn joined Morgan Wallen on stage in Miami. Ronnie Dunn needed a cheat sheet for the lyrics to “Whiskey Glasses.”  Their performance still wowed the crowd. 

Heat magazine says Katy Perry allegedly felt ‘humiliated’ after seeing ex Orlando Bloom flirt with Kim Kardashian at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding. A source says, ‘Katy was already feeling raw, but seeing Orlando flirting with Kim crushed her. She’s disgusted by him and furious with Kim, too. She feels betrayed by both of them, it’s humiliating. It has got Katy feeling extremely jealous, and she can’t help but imagine the worst. Katy figured Orlando was going to cut loose at the wedding, but she wasn’t prepared for him to be anything like as brazen as he was. It was very obvious he went there to announce himself as Hollywood’s newest bachelor. He didn’t even try to hide it or show any sensitivity.’

Bailey Zimmerman tells Variety magazine that you have to be your own cheerleader in this world. “You have to be your own best cheerleader. You have to be the one saying, “You can do it. Your songs are good enough. You’re good enough.” Because nobody is going to champion you until you champion yourself. If I wouldn’t have believed in myself, I wouldn’t have gone nowhere.”

Brigada News says Will Smith is allegedly struggling with debt, the cost of maintaining his mansion, and his career taking a hit from his Oscars slap. An insider reveals, “They’re spending a fortune just to maintain these properties. It’s all going to fall to pieces if something doesn’t change. Everything he puts out now gets slammed. He can’t catch a break. As rich as Will is, it’s getting harder to keep up with these enormous bills. Especially when they’re living separately and still maintaining that same expensive lifestyle.”

Shaboozey tells Harper’s Bazaar magazine that he’s glad the outlaws are becoming popular again in country music. “I tend to lean toward outlaw music. In Nashville, that’s who me and my friends are: We’re the rebels, the outlaws, the outliers. So seeing my success and the success of my friends, we’re happy to be a part of this more alternative community, because we’ll always support each other.”
