Sidewalk Superstars: Who’s Getting a Star in 2026

The Hollywood Walk of Fame Class of 2026 was announced yesterday.  There’s a total of 35 who were selected by an independent committee, and received hundreds of nominations. The Television category includes Sarah Michelle Gellar, Gordon Ramsay, Melody Thomas Scott (“The Young and the Restless”), Bradley Whitford (“The Handmaid’s Tale”), and Noah Wyle (“E.R.”). There will also be a double ceremony for “Good Morning America” co-anchors George Stephanopoulos and Robin Roberts. The Motion Picture category includes Demi Moore, Emily Blunt, Timothée Chalamet, director Chris Columbus, Rami Malek, Rachel McAdams, Keith David, Italian actor Franco Nero, Molly Ringwald, Stanley Tucci, and the late director Tony Scott. The Recording category includes Miley Cyrus, Josh Groban, Air Supply, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, The Clark Sisters, and Lyle Lovett.  The only one for the Sports Entertainment category is Shaq. And last, but not least, the Live Theater and Live Performance category includes stand-up comedian Gabriel Iglesias and Broadway star Lea Salonga(Lea is the singing voice of Princess Jasmine and Mulan.)

 Neil Patrick Harris is heading to Netflix to host a new game show called What’s in the Box?  It’s part comedy, part chaos, and 100% gamble. Players must choose: take the cash, or risk it all for the mystery box. Could be a yacht . . . could be a rubber chicken. Neil calls it “a ridiculous amount of fun”—and honestly, I believe him.  No premiere date yet, but you know Neil will be legen—wait for it—dary.

It’s that time of year again . . . Hallmark’s annual Christmas in July programming kicks off Saturday.  Besides the return of fan-favorite movies, there will be a new reality series called “Christmas at Sea”  about the Hallmark superfans who went on the very first Christmas Cruise last November.

Bret Michaels has been forced to alter his touring schedule due to his diabetes.

TMZ says Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have decided to pull their $60 million house off the market. Sources reveal the house has become a “white elephant” and is difficult to sell.  Ben and J Lo are planning to relist it later as a fresh listing.

Country Central says Post Malone has opened Posty’s, a 26,000-square-foot honky-tonk on Lower Broadway in Nashville. The three-story venue includes six bars, three stages for performances, and a rooftop patio. 

Glamour magazine says Mel Owens, the upcoming ‘Golden Bachelor’, recently sparked controversy with his ageist dating preferences. The former NFL player claimed he would “cut” any woman over 60 for his season of the show. Fans are divided on whether Owens should remain the Golden Bachelor
. Despite the backlash, Owens is still set to star in the upcoming season.

Riley Green was doing a recent interview with Southern Living magazine when he said he’s a serious collector and enjoys combing through garage sales for vintage gear. “I love going to yard sales and looking for old fishing tackle, wooden lures. I collect stuff like that. I look for old guitars and old tools.”

RadarOnline.com claims Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom allegedly split due to frustrations over their fading careers. An insider says, : “They couldn’t take the strain of watching each other fail and their frustrations with themselves boiled over into rows with each other. He has to choose what he works on wisely between now and then. He’s been stuck in a creative rut for a while, and becoming a TV star has very little appeal to him in the long term – especially after he saw how time-consuming Perry’s run was on Idol. He wants a Matthew McConaughey-style comeback – but he’s a little lost as to how to make that happen.”

Bailey Zimmerman tells People magazine that his journey from building pipelines to stardom reminds him daily of how far he’s come. “Man, it’s just crazy to not live in a trailer anymore. I feel like any time you can have the opportunity to make it out and support your family, retire your dad, get to do things that nobody else gets to do, it’s just emotional all the time. Every day is emotional.”

RadarOnline.com says Kelly Clarkson is allegedly torn between her family and career as she considers exiting her talk show. A source says,  “Kelly loves the crew, singing with her band, and interviewing guests. She’s just tired of the grind of a daily talk show. Kelly has a very positive attitude, but it could be that she just realized how much time flies. So she’s weighing her options. And she doesn’t want to seem ungrateful because the show has helped her in so many ways. It’s kept her busy and sane when she needed it most. I think it really is all about getting balance back in her life. She’s at a crossroads, she’s torn because everyone is telling her she’d be crazy to step away from huge success, but missing time with her kids weighs heavily on her.’’

Shaboozey tells Vanity Fair magazine that assembling his looks is about crafting something bold yet true to his evolving Western‑vintage style. “Me and my team do a great job of just finding something that is bold and daring. It’s really quality. My looks don’t feel like it’s just something that’s meant to be worn tonight—it’s got durability.”

The Daily Mail says Lauren Sanchez got an oddly placed piercing before marrying Jeff Bezos. She got a French manicure and then had a manicurist put a diamond letter “B” charm into the nail on her ring finger. Her nail artist, Iram Shelton, joked, “Nothing like diamonds at your fingertips!”

Luke Bryan tells People magazine that he’s learning to say “no” more and prioritize time with loved ones. “I love to stay busy, but I also love to kick back and have fun with friends and family. I’m learning how to say no a little bit more so I can spend more time with them.”

Supercar Blondie says Kim Kardashian recently revamped her private jet, Kim Air, with a $55 million cashmere suite. The Gulfstream now features luxurious cashmere coverings, a light wood interior, individual phone chargers for each seat, and two bathrooms. Kim has strict rules for sister Kylie Jenner to protect the cashmere from makeup and tanning bronzer stains. Kim bought the jet for $95 million 

Tyler Hubbard tells Muscle And & Fitness magazine that fitness has become a lasting lifestyle, not just a phase. “It’s more of a lifestyle. “I’m past that phase of the ups and the downs, and having the good weeks and the bad weeks. I’m all about improving myself and only having good weeks.”

Brad Pitt tells Us Weekly that he once started tooting on set because he ate beans. “One of my first movies, I’m doing this little independent film. We’re shooting in this little tiny cafe. It’s full of the crew. So there’s about 60 people in there. It’s hot. You can’t breathe. I just power down this plate of beans. Take two, do the same thing. Take three, I do the same thing. I do the same thing. … Something hit me. Ever since then, I’ve paced myself.’’
