CBS says Jordan Davis, Dustin Lynch, and others will mentor singers on ‘’The Road’’. The series follows 12 musicians on tour with Keith Urban. The show, executive produced by Blake Shelton, premieres on October 19th on CBS.

Disney’s live-action remakes have been a mixed bag, but that doesn’t mean they’re giving up on them anytime soon. One of the films in development right now is “Tangled“, and now it looks like Scarlett Johansson will star.  Not as Rapunzel, but as the evil Mother Gothel.Lion King.  Disney had been working on “Tangled” for a while, but they put it on hold after their live-action “Snow White” tanked.  But the success of “Lilo & Stitch” and “Mufasa: The Lion King” got things moving again.  A live-action “Moana” is coming out next July.

In news that is no shock to anyone, A “Minecraft Movie” sequel is on the schedule for 2027.

Michael J. Fox will make his return to acting for the upcoming third season of “Shrinking” on Apple TV+.  He previously retired in 2020. He told the show’s creator, quote, “You did a show about Parkinson’s, and you didn’t call me?”

Between the movie, her tour struggles, and the Ben drama, it’s been one hit after another — and not the kind she wants. J.Lo’s a fighter. She’ll turn this pain into power.” The movie cost $30 million to produce.

Taylor Swift tells Us Weekly that she doesn’t want to go to space like Katy Perry. “It’s cold, it’s scary, why would I do that? I don’t want to do that, ever. I never … oh my God, no! It’s cold, it’s scary, I don’t know if I can come back down. If I go, no one will believe I went. It doesn’t matter if you go, because everyone thinks you didn’t go, or they have a weird take on it. The National Enquirer says Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli’s split is allegedly messy because Giannulli was spotted with a younger woman. A source reveals, ““By the looks of it Mossimo’s devolved into a full-blown mid-life crisis. They both checked out of the marriage a long time ago. The pair “never really got over the shame” of their involvement in the infamous Operation Varsity Blues college admission scandal. That put a wrecking ball through their world — they went from being these very outgoing and social country club types in Malibu to complete recluses.’’

A source says, “Everyone inside the NFL thought Taylor was officially offered the gig. But there was never a real offer — just some light chatter. Taylor doesn’t need the Super Bowl — the Super Bowl needs Taylor.”

The Star says Taylor Swift is gearing up for a big wedding to Travis Kelce and expects  drama as she picks her bridesmaids. A source says, “Taylor’s been writing up the names of the bridesmaid candidates. She wants to get this absolutely right but at the same time, Taylor knows she won’t be able to please everybody. There will be some inevitable disappointments and upsets, and she’s braced for a rollercoaster!”

Reality Tea says Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding will have strict security measures.  A source says, “Taylor doesn’t want a public spectacle. She’ll have a top security detail and she might ask wedding staffers to sign NDAs (non-disclosure agreements). Taylor wants it to be stress-free and fun. A lot of people are hoping for an invitation, but Taylor and Travis want to keep the guest list relatively short.’’

RadarOnline.com says Orlando Bloom is allegedly striving to reunite the original Pirates of the Caribbean cast in an effort to revive the franchise and his career. A source says, “Orlando knows this could be his big comeback moment. He’s been pushing hard for the studio to get the full original cast on board. He believes the magic only works when everyone’s together – Johnny, Keira, Geoffrey Rush, the lot. He’s not getting the same level of offers as before. So for him, going back to Pirates isn’t just nostalgia — it’s strategy, and essential for his bank balance.”

Parmalee star Matt Thomas tells Billboard magazine that maintaining fitness and leaning on friends are key parts of how he handles stress. “The tools I’ve used to help me navigate challenges [are] mostly talking to the people who are close to you that you confide in. Also, just as important for me [is] exercise [and] health and fitness. If I can get a good workout in a lot of times that brings the stress level down of what I’m goin’ through.”

Jennifer Aniston tells Harper’s Bazaar magazine that a Friends reunion could never happen because of Matthew Perry’s death. “It would be literally, physically impossible. People will say that they go back and watch episodes to help their mental health – that if they’re stressed about the news or the world, they’ll just sit down and watch a Friends episode. And that’s the ultimate compliment.”
