“Rushes False-Crashes-True…Sleep With Mouth With No Fear… & Beer is Food in Russia!”

“Sugar rushes” aren’t real and are just psychological, or a “cultural effect of parental influence.”  Sugar does not affect behavior or cognitive performance. Sugar CRASHES are a real thing . . . but medically, it’s rare.  According to doctors, only “about 5% of us experience sugar crash.”  You’re more likely to experience it if you do a tough workout on an empty stomach.

There’s an urban legend that you swallow eight spiders a year while you sleep, but it’s not true . . . almost every single person will swallow ZERO in their lifetime.  It was made up by a writer making FUN of stupid urban legends and gullible people…. And, by the way- An average of seven people DIE from spider bites every year in the United States . . . and three times that many people are killed by COWS.

Nothing with less than 10% alcohol was considered an alcoholic beverage in Russia until 2011 . . . it was classified as regular food.  That included almost all beer.
