George Washington’s dentures were partially made from hippo tusks.

The oldest known living land animal is Jonathan, a Seychelles giant tortoise living in Saint Helena . . . a British island in the South Atlantic Ocean.  Jonathan is thought to be 192 years old . . . at least . . . with a hatching date of no later than 1832.  (Here’s a video of Jonathan.)
