A Pennsylvania couple found a heartwarming way to combine their big day with their passion for animal rescue. Instead of traditional wedding favors, they invited a litter of rescue puppies to be part of the celebration—hoping to give the pups extra exposure and maybe even help them find forever homes.

The furry guests of honor mingled with wedding attendees, who were encouraged to snuggle, play, and learn more about the adoption process. In addition, the couple set up a donation station so guests could contribute directly to the local rescue group caring for the dogs.

Animal rescue is nothing new for the bride and groom, who have fostered and rehabilitated pets together for years. By incorporating the puppies into their wedding, they not only created unforgettable memories but also used their special day to shine a spotlight on rescue animals in need.
