Is May the worst month of the year to be a parent?  A poll found end-of-school stress starts an average of 28 days before the school year ends.  It’s partly because of all the summer plans that have to be made. It doesn’t get much easier in June or July either.  Summer might be the best time of year for kids, but not for parents.  A third of the parents polled said they probably won’t have a single stress-free day this summer.

A new survey by CNN reveals that 69% of people find it challenging to maintain a healthy diet because food prices have increased in recent years. 83% of adults prioritize taste when choosing food, while less than 50% prioritize healthiness, cost, and convenience.

A group of high school seniors, from Halls High School in Tennessee, were barred from entering their school on Senior Prank Day for wearing pajamas. Assistant Principal Kasey Warren stopped them due to a dress code violation. The incident sparked backlash online, with many supporting the students and criticizing the administration’s reaction. Warren and the school district did not respond to requests for comment.

The “Kool-Aid Man Tik Tok Challenge” is trending again with school ending. The trend involves students crashing through fences like the Kool-Aid Man did in old Kool-Aid commercials. Law enforcement is having trouble stopping the challenge because teens under 18 are not facing serious legal consequences if arrested.
