The Girl Scouts have revealed their new cookie for the upcoming 2026 season.  The cookie is called Exploremores. The rocky road ice cream–inspired cookie is made with chocolate, marshmallow and almonds

New York’s Milk Bar is serving the Prince Street Pizza Pepperoni & Hot Honey Sundae for a limited time. The vanilla soft serve has chopped pepperoni and a hot honey drizzle. It costs $10.

Van Leeuwen recently introduced sunscreen-flavored ice cream. The French vanilla ice cream is available on Carnival Cruise ships for a limited time. It is infused with coconut cream, cocoa butter, vanilla extract and sea salt. Some people are thinking of booking a cruise just to try the ice cream. It will not be available for public sale 

Competitive eater Joey Chestnut is going to attempt to set a new world record at an upcoming Giants-Dodgers game. He will attempt to eat 99 plant-based chicken nuggets over the course of nine innings.

A new survey talked to more than 3,000 football fans about their drinking habits, and many of them might have been more honest than they are with their doctors. The fanbase with the “heaviest drinkers” is . . . the Arizona Cardinals.  Nearly 19% of Cardinals fans admit to downing FIVE OR MORE drinks on gameday.  Which is really pushing the limits of the “drink responsibly” thing. Buffalo Bills fans are next, followed by fans of:  The Houston Texans . . . the Carolina Panthers . . . the Tennessee Titans . . . the Washington Commanders . . . the L.A. Chargers . . . the New York Giants . . . the New Orleans Saints . . . and the Jacksonville Jaguars. The fanbase that binges the LEAST on gameday is the Green Bay Packers.  Only 3% of Packers fans have five or more drinks. 

Dutch scientists have discovered that mosquitoes prefer the blood of beer drinkers.   Radboud University Nijmegen researchers studied festival-goers and found that those who had consumed alcohol were 1.35 times more likely to attract the bloodsuckers. The study also revealed that mosquitos target individuals who avoid sunscreen, share their bed, and don’t shower often. 

The iPhone 17 was unveiled yesterday. The upgraded selfie camera offers improved resolution, a wider field of view, and automatic detection of too many people in a shot.  Apple’s latest smartphone will also offer a longer battery life, more accurate colors, and enhanced video recording capabilities. The iPhone Pro Max sells for $1,199. It will hit stores on September 19th. The Daily Beast says Apple unveiled its skinniest iPhone ever, the iPhone 17 Air. The new device boasts a width of 5.6 millimeters, a 6.5-inch screen, ceramic shields and improved camera systems.
