An 87-year-old man in Montreal is lucky to be alive today, thanks to a mystery hero. Sabato Borrelli was out for a walk last Thursday when he suddenly collapsed from a heart attack. A random stranger jumped in and performed CPR for a full 20 minutes — until paramedics arrived. And then? Just disappeared. No name, no trace… just gone.

His family is now calling that person their guardian angel. Sabato actually had a second heart attack after getting to the hospital, but his loved ones say he’s turned a corner — and he’s now on the mend.
