Morgan Wallen got so upset over technical difficulties at his show in Denver Friday night, that he shoved his piano and flipped it over. He was performing “Sand in My Boots”, and couldn’t hear the piano. He finished the song a cappella and with an audience sing-along. Then broke the piano after his final note. The horror movie “Backrooms” made more than $81 million this weekend. That’s not a record, but THIS is: Kane Parsons is now the youngest director ever to top the domestic box office, at just 20 years old. The previous record-holder was Josh Trank, who was 27 when his sci-fi / superhero / horror-adjacent flick “Chronicle” debuted at #1 in 2012. 2025 was a great year for horror at the box office, and the trend seems to be continuing well into 2026. Jordan Davis tells GQ magazine that his uncle told him to keep pounding when he got to Nashville. “He did tell me that you have to (write) every day. He warned me that there would be spells where I’d have absolutely nothing going on, and wonder why I’m doing (music), but the bottom line is that we come here to write songs. To do that, you have to get up out of bed every day and write. Whether you’re having a good season or a bad season. Because if you play music, you’ll have both of those. You still have to get up and go to work. That stuck with me.”
Riley Green tells Billboard magazine that he once had to sleep outside of a hotel after he locked his room with his ID in it. “I locked my key in my room. Luckily, I had clothes on. I went downstairs and [the front desk clerk] said, ‘We need to see your ID.’ I said, ‘I don’t have it. It’s in my room and it’s not going to [match] what’s on the room.’ So I sleep outside.”

Bailey Zimmerman tells The Los Angeles Times that he got his positive attitude from his father. ” My dad is the greatest dude, and he’s been successful and he’s been not successful — just kind of ebb and flow of life. In the low parts, we’d go to his house and it would be rough — sometimes we wouldn’t eat, only one pair of jeans for school, that type of thing. But you’d never see him upset. He’s drowning in debt, things aren’t going great, but he’s got a smile on his face, can’t wait to go to the ballgame. Just steady, bro.”

She said, ‘You are Dionne Warwick’ And I just went, ‘No, I’m not!’ I just thought it was the funniest thing ever.”
Radar Online says Justin Trudeau’s credibility as a politician has allegedly been changed since he started dating Katy Perry. A source says, “Justin thinks he can juggle being a voice of reason on the international stage and dating a larger-than-life personality like Katy, but that’s not what’s happening. People take him less seriously than they did a year ago, and he’s not much more than a social media personality when they’re together. It’s a bad look, but he’s too happy and in love to worry about that. If Katy and Justin don’t work out in the long term, Justin is going to have a hard time recovering his good name. He needs to keep that in mind, especially if he’s going to continue to appear in public and on social media with Katy.”
