Chris Stapleton surprised fans in Toronto Thursday night by bringing out Zach Top.  They performed a cover of “I Ain’t Living Long Like This”.  You know, Waylon Jennings’ hit, which was actually ALSO a cover. The song was originally written by Rodney Crowell, and was first recorded by Gary Stewart.  Then Emmylou Harris covered it before Waylon did his version. Kylie Jenner turns 29 today, but she celebrated with a pink-themed birthday party over the weekend.  (Pink as in the COLOR, not the singer.) There’s no word if Timothée Chalamet was there, but guests included Kylie’s sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian, plus Hailey Bieber.  Here are some pictures posted from the event.

The NY Post says a man broke into Kim Kardashian’s Hidden Hills, California home and stole one of her cars. Deputies found the man inside the home and booked him on burglary and vehicle theft. Kardashian and her kids were not home at the time.

Aubrey Plaza gave birth to her first child. A source revealed that the actress allegedly welcomed a baby girl during the last week of July. Plaza, notably, lost estranged husband Jeff Baena in January 2025. The former couple had been separated for four months when the director died by suicide at age 47. Plaza went on to compare her grief to a “giant ocean of just awfulness.”

RadarOnline.com says Kim Kardashian allegedly wants her wedding to outshine Taylor Swift’s nuptials. Swift’s wedding cost about $30 million. Kim aims to top that with a bigger star filled day. Her boyfriend, Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton, has not proposed yet.  A source says, “Kim is madly in love, and Lewis says he feels the same way. Kim isn’t trash-talking Taylor anymore. But she’d be lying if she said she wasn’t envious of [Swift’s wedding]. She’s now dreaming up ways she and Lewis can top it. Between Kim and Lewis, they know just aout everyone worth knowing. Kim insists they could easily pull together a guest list of a thousand people, if not more. She would absolutely love the satisfaction of  outdoing Taylor.”

69-year-old “Highlander” star Christopher Lambert collapsed at Steel City Con in Pittsburgh over the weekend.  His rep says he had a blood sugar issue, and he’s recovering.

Violet Hensley, also known as the “Whittlin’ Fiddler”, passed away on Friday.  She was 109.  She made fiddles and performed for decades at Missouri’s Silver Dollar City theme park and even appeared on “The Beverly Hillbillies”. A woman who moved into Jason Sudeikis’ old apartment and kept getting his mail was invited to the “Ted Lasso” Season 4 premiere to deliver it to him personally.

The Daily Mail says Zendaya and Tom Holland are allegedly taking a year off to focus on married life. A source tells the newspaper, “They want to focus on family and raise their kids away from the spotlight.”

The Daily Mail says  Zendaya and Tom Holland recently took a spin in a 1970 Jaguar just days after their wedding party. They were seen driving through southwest London. Sources suggest the car may have been a wedding gift.

Radar Online says Nicole Kidman has yet to introduce her new boyfriend to her daughters Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret. A source says, “Wait until the kids get to know this guy and meet him. Page Six says Keith Urban is allegedly relieved Nicole Kidman has moved on with private equity investor Michael Reinstein. An insider says, “Keith was the one who wanted out of the marriage, and he felt guilty about hurting Nicole. There is no jealousy over Reinstein.”

BraveWords says a Toronto crowd was surprised when Guns N’ Roses invited Chris Stapleton to join them on stage. They played Bob Dylan’s ‘’Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door’’.  Stapleton played rhythm guitar and traded verses with Axl Rose. This marked a full circle moment for Stapleton, who opened for Guns N’ Roses in 2016 in Nashville.

Ironically, it’s the animals having the hardest time blending their families. The humans figured it out much faster. The dog wants to play every minute of the day, while the cats want peace, quiet, and personal space. It’s like watching three tiny divas negotiate a peace treaty.”

Entertainment Now says Luke Bryan has postponed shows in the Northwest  because wildfire smoke worsened his asthma. Two Washington state shows have been moved to the Fall. Bryan posted a video and said, “I have asthma, and a lot of people don’t really know that. Sometimes it gets the best of me, and it did last night.”

RadarOnline.com says Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling are at the center of a pay standoff for ‘’Barbie 2.’’ They want a combined $150 million to return for the sequel.  Warner Bros. and Mattel are haggling over terms.  A source says, “Margot believes she deserves to double the $50 million she ultimately earned from the first Barbie when salary and bonuses were taken into account. She feels the original exceeded every expectation and that her contribution as both star and producer should be reflected in a new deal. Ryan also wants a significant increase from the $12.5 million he received on the first movie and is seeking a package worth around $50 million. They know what the franchise is worth now and neither wants to undersell their value.”

The Express Tribune says Warner Bros has confirmed they are making a live action Jetsons film with Jim Carrey. The Jetsons project has been in talks for years and has faced many delays. This marks Carrey’s first big live action role outside the Sonic films in more than a decade.

Page Six says Tom Brady marked his 49th birthday with a lavish yacht trip to the South of France. The former quarterback posted photos showing his son Jack and his other kids, Benjamin and Vivian, on the deck. The photos also show him boating and playing volleyball with friends.
