CBS says an Ohio man has filed a lawsuit against Live Nation after being hit with an unopened beer can at a Jason Aldean concert. Michael Mollenkopf sustained a severe concussion and developed a stutter from the incident. The lawsuit accuses Live Nation of negligence and claims the venue has a history of violent incidents.
