James Cameron Presents: The Other Side of Oppenheimer

Director James Cameron plans to make a movie about the victims of the atomic bomb in Hiroshima in 1945.  He says it was a “moral cop out” for Christopher Nolan to leave them out of “Oppenheimer”. Cameron’s movie will be based on Charles Pellegrino’s upcoming book, “Ghosts of Hiroshima”.

The 4th of July weekend is coming up and a LOT of people will be camping. I have a list of movies that you should NOT watch if you are going camping. These movies all contain crazy sleeping bag death scenes like TWO “Friday the 13th” movies and an insanely weird and violent Bigfoot movie called “Night of the Demon”.

The Internet loves to complain about sequels, prequels, reboots, remakes, and movies based on existing properties. But when the studios deliver original content, they often go unseen. After “Elio” bombed, Pixar Tweeted a video of a woman saying you shouldn’t complain about the lack of original movies, if you won’t even go to theaters to support them.

Now you can enjoy the magic of Chuck E. Cheese without the threat of ringworm from the ball pit.  A Chuck E. Cheese animated Christmas special is in the works. 

TMZ says Post Malone and Christy Lee have split after dating since the beginning of the year. The breakup happened almost a month ago. 

World of Reel says Lucasfilm is gearing up to reboot the ‘Indiana Jones’ franchise. Harrison Ford has officially retired from the role. The last Indiana Jones movie, “Dial of Destiny”, lost $134 million. It’s been rumored that Chris Pratt may replace Harrison 

Parade magazine says Carrie Underwood recently had to flee a massive swarm of bees while tending to her garden. She described the experience as terrifying. Thankfully, she escaped unharmed.

Naughty but Nice says Jeff Bezos allegedly refused to pay $12 million for Lady Gaga and Elton John to perform at his wedding. A source says, “Elton John and Lady Gaga each cost $6 million for a single night. Jeff said, ‘Absolutely not.’ The couple were the show. But let’s be real — some of us came for Gaga. It was the wedding of the year — but don’t expect Beyoncé prices from a man who built his fortune on free shipping.”

Sam Hunt was doing a recent interview with CountryNow.com when he said breakfast has become his favorite part of the day. “I think breakfast is my favorite time of day. We get up and sit around the table…and we’re having a blast. I’m loving every bit of it.”

TMZ says Katy Perry has filed a temporary restraining order against a 43-year-old named Ross Elliott Hedrick. Perry claims he visited her Santa Barbara, California estate multiple times and was even arrested after his first unwanted visit. She is seeking protection not only for herself but also for her former partner, Orlando Bloom.

Josh Ross tells People magazine that an injury during his college football days gave him the push to trade the field for his music journey. “I didn’t realize it at the time, but getting hurt was a blessing in disguise, at the time I didn’t fully understand what was going on or what I was going to do, but it all panned out.”

RadarOnline.com says Meghan Markle was allegedly “seething” after not receiving an invite to Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s wedding. A source says, “Meghan is reeling after not receiving an invitation Bezos and Sanchez’s wedding as she considers herself more famous and important than guests such as the Kardashians. It shows just how much she and Harry have drifted from Hollywood’s core social scene. As for Harry, the shift from royal duties to a celebrity lifestyle has hit a dead end.  The fact she would love Lauren’s life just rubs salt in the wound of the wedding snub.”

Nate Smith tells People magazine that swapping sugar-packed coffee for half-and-half has helped him feel like a whole new person. “I started just reducing the pumps of the mocha. And then eventually I did sugar‑free vanilla. Now I do sugar‑free vanilla and a half and half in my coffee, and I don’t even think about it … I feel like a whole new person.”

The Globe claims Tom Cruise allegedly plans to meet with ex-wife Nicole Kidman and their children, Bella and Connor, in Europe this Summer. Cruise hopes to make amends with Kidman’s husband, Keith Urban, whom he once viewed negatively but now respects. A source says, “Tom used to be incredibly dismissive of Keith. He saw him as some hillbilly crooner who wasn’t good enough for Nicole and couldn’t believe she’d ended up with a guy like that. But over the years, Tom’s perspective has shifted. He’s now able to admit that he hasn’t always handled things the right way when it comes to Nicole — or Keith. But Tom’s ready to lay it to rest. He’s told friends he doesn’t want to be the kind of guy who holds grudges forever.”
