Home Depot Workers Build Wheelchair for Three-Legged Rescue Dog & Doberman Honored For Saving Owner From Grizzly
A group of San Diego Home Depot workers recently built a wheelchair for a rescue dog named Zeke. Zeke, a Catahoula and German Shepherd mix, lost his leg after being hit by a car. The team at Home Depot repurposed materials like PVC pipe and wheels to create a sturdy wheelchair for Zeke. He is now adapting well to his new wheels

A dog in Canada just made it into the Purina Animal Hall of Fame for fighting off a grizzly bear and saving its owner’s life. 70-year-old Craig Campbell was hiking with his 10-year-old Doberman named Night last year, when they crossed paths with a mama bear and two cubs. Night fought it off long enough for Craig to grab the can of bear spray he had with him. Here is Campbell talking about the attack.
