Logan Ivey used a 30-year-old Gerber coupon at Target. Gerber saw Ivey’s story online and gifted him and his fiancée with a year’s supply of baby food and baby clothes as a way of thanking them for using the vintage coupon. Ivey got the coupon from his mother.

87-year-old Arlene Zobrist, of Torrance California, has crafted over 200 quilts for veterans, bringing warmth and comfort to those who served. Zobrist began sewing quilts for wounded soldiers during the Iraq War and expanded her efforts to support veterans from other wars. Zobrist, a former civilian in the U.S. Air Force, feels a deep connection to the military community and plans to continue making quilts to bring joy to veterans.
