An Oregon woman is spending this holiday season making Christmas gifts for military veterans. Joann Galla began making Christmas ornaments out of her daughter’s military uniforms. She prays while making her ornaments and says they are like prayer blankets. Joanne sends the military ornaments to the families of service members.
