A 49-year-old woman in Utah named Krissy Miller met a random guy out hiking last year . . . found out he needed a kidney . . . and offered him one right there on the spot.  He has lupus and had been on dialysis for three years. It turned out she was a match, and the surgery happened this spring.  They just met back up a year after they met to talk about the experience and encourage more people to donate.
