An Idaho Falls, Idaho teen, named José, has been caring for his siblings since their mother’s passing. He recently received a generous gift from a Secret Santa. The Santa gave him $2,000 in gift cards, a headstone for his mother, and a check to pay off his loans.  Overwhelmed with gratitude, José thanked the anonymous donor for their kindness.

A guy in Oregon named Ken Reese is pushing 70, but one of his kidneys just turned 100.  His mom Doris gave it to him in 1975 when he was battling kidney disease.  Here is Ken talking about his selfless mother.
