An Altadena, California couple recently returned to their home following the Los Angeles wildfires. Brian McShea found the engagement ring he had just purchased in the rubble and proposed to Stephanie Raynor on the spot. Raynor said yes. The couple is planning to marry in Altadena.

A Jackson Township, Ohio school bus driver recently saved a family’s pets from a burning home. Todd Morris noticed smoke coming from a house along his route. Morris quickly evacuated the family’s pets, including multiple dogs and cats, before firefighters arrived. One dog needed to be carried through the flames because it has special needs. The grateful family expressed their immense gratitude to Morris for his heroic actions.
