A 29-year-old guy from Houston is blowing up on TikTok after he taught his girlfriend to ice skate all so he could propose in the middle of the rink at Rockefeller Center.  He rented it out, so they were the only two people on it.  Here are Barrington Dave and Kennedy Kinnard talking about the proposal.
