To counter this, experts suggest blocking out moonlight and avoiding screen time before bed. The paper says Aries, Cancer’s, Libra’s, and Capricorns will feel the most effects of today’s Full Buck Moon. Full Buck Moon Defintion: The Full Buck Moon, occurring in July, gets its name from the time of year when male deer (bucks) are growing their new antlers. These antlers, covered in a soft, velvety fur, are at their peak growth during this period.

Instacart shared another round of stats, this time on America’s top ICE CREAM orders.  And this is fitting on National Piña Colada Day…They say the top trending ice cream over the past two years is PINEAPPLE COCONUT.  (No word on how many people are adding rum.) Pineapple coconut ice cream saw a 37% boost in sales last year.  Pistachio is next at 25%, and then green tea at 24%. They say “Dubai chocolate” is also a hot flavor that’s rising in the ranks.  And the Midwest is fully obsessed with “moose tracks” ice cream. (Dubai chocolate has pistachios.  Moose tracks is vanilla ice cream with fudge and peanut butter cups mixed in.)

A new ranking of the best SUGARY cereals of all time put Cinnamon Toast Crunch at the top.  The rest of the top five are Cocoa Krispies, Fruity Pebbles, Cinnamon Life, and Honeycomb.

The first Amazon Prime Day this week saw a 41% plunge in sales compared to last year. The event was extended to four days this year because Amazon’s top bosses believed it would give shoppers a break from ongoing inflation worries. The strategy has not seemed to pay off. Analysts believe American shoppers are holding onto their cash due to fears of a recession.
