You might want to sit down for this one. Juliette Lewis plays a literal chair in new movie called “By Design”. The movie is narrated by Melanie Griffith. Described as “an absurdist spin on the body-swap comedy,” the movie (in theaters Feb. 13, 2026) follows Lewis’s Camille, who, after seeing a beautiful chair at a showroom, “realizes that she truly envies the life of this perfect piece of furniture,” per the film’s official synopsis. She and the object still manage to “swap forms,” leaving Camille unable to move or speak. But it turns out her friends and family prefer her much better this way.

Are you sick and tired of looking at Taylor Swift?  Too bad.  She’s not going anywhere. On “The Late Show”, she told Stephen Colbert, quote, “I think what I look up to most in people is career longevity . . . career longevity, friendship longevity, longevity in their relationships, how do you keep a good thing going? “I think there are certain corners of our society that really love that and look up to longevity.” Then she added, quote, “There are also corners that are like, ‘Give someone else a turn.  Can’t you just go away so we can talk about how good you were?’  And I’m like, I don’t want to, you know?”

Farm Aid is closing out its 40th anniversary year with another huge boost to the farming community.  They just announced they’re giving out more than $1.3 million in grants this year to support family farmers all over the country. Willie Nelson said the groups receiving funding are “the heart of the farm movement”.  And that their work is especially important now as farmers face similar challenges to the crisis that first sparked Farm Aid. This year’s grants focus on stopping the growth of industrial agriculture and helping farmers dealing with crisis or stress.  And a portion of the money will go to scholarship funds for agriculture students. In the past four decades, Farm Aid has given out more than $32 million.

RadarOnline.com says Jennifer Lopez’s latest movie bombed at the box office, leading ex-husband Ben Affleck and Matt Damon to allegedly cancel future collaborations with her. A source says, “According to Jennifer’s camp, Kiss was a win. But the economics did not make sense and that’s a big black eye for Ben, Matt and their Artists Equity studio. Matt fully backed their vision, and he and Ben wrote a big check to get this movie going. Kiss of the Spider Woman is the second film financed by Ben and Matt that will underwhelm financially and they aren’t looking to do a third. Matt and Ben both know they need to get out there and find material that can get people excited.  They want a Twilight or Hunger Games-style franchise to power their next chapter – not another attempt at trying to win Jennifer an Oscar.”

Macaulay Culkin” is already not the most common name.  But seven years ago, Macaulay made it even weirder. Macaulay’s given middle name is “Carson”.  But in November of 2018, he pulled a stunt on “The Tonight Show” where the public could vote on a NEW middle name for him. And what they came up with was “Macaulay Culkin”.  True to his word, Macaulay had his name changed to reflect the results of the poll. So now, his actual, LEGAL name is Macaulay Macaulay Culkin Culkin. He admits, quote, “I did it all for that one joke.  And a bit on Fallon.” FYI, other options for Macaulay’s new middle name included “The McRib is Back”, and “Kiernan”, after his brother.

Macaulay Culkin tells Female First that his young sons are still unaware he plays Kevin McCallister in ‘’Home Alone’’, despite watching the film. “They have no idea that I’m Kevin. They’re only three and four years old, [I want] to keep up that illusion as long as possible. I do really love watching that movie with my boys.”

It’s officially been 60 years since “A Charlie Brown Christmas” debuted.  Half of all households with a TV on tuned into CBS to watch it, which amounted to about 15 million people. It marked the first-ever TV special based on the “Peanuts” comic strip.  Here are some other facts you might not know: 1.  It had a budget of $76,000 from CBS and Coca-Cola to get made.  And a six-month time frame. 2.  There was almost an added laugh track, but Charles M. Schulz wouldn’t let that happen. 3.  Snoopy’s voice is just sped-up nonsense. 4.  Schulz thought jazz music was awful, but thought it still fit the vision for the special. 5.  Charlie Brown’s head was difficult to animate because of its round shape.  Snoopy was the easiest. 6.  It killed aluminum tree sales.  Viewers became more interested in real trees. (You can see more facts here and here.)

Ella Langley just poured a little gasoline on the rumor fire. She was about to perform her new single “Choosin’ Texas” at the Georgia Theatre, but she switched up the lyrics.  She changed “Lone Star State” to “Bulldog State”. The crowd went wild, but of course, fans immediately took it as a jab at Megan Moroney and Riley Green, since Megan’s a proud Georgia girl and Bulldogs fan. And before the song, a fan up front tried to get Ella to spill the beans on who the song’s really about . . . but Ella laughed it off.  She said, “Baby, I ain’t ever gonna do that.  I ain’t never gonna do that.” (You can listen to Ella playing with the crowd here.)

Tucker Wetmore’s show in Texas got rained out. And a couple of his fans got their cars stuck in a muddy parking lot. Tucker jumped right in . . . and pushed vehicles out of the mud himself. He shared the video later with the caption, “Show got cancelled, so this is what we did instead.”  Some fans commented that he’s a “good ol’ country boy” with a “heart of gold.
