A recent Harvard study found that women, who drink three small cups of caffeinated coffee a day, age better than non-coffee drinkers. Tea and decaf coffee didn’t show the same benefits. Caffeinated coffee uniquely supports mental and physical function in aging. Researchers concluded, “Moderate coffee intake may offer some protective benefits when combined with other healthy behaviors such as regular exercise, a healthy diet and avoiding smoking.

There’s a new ad that has popped up for beef tallow sunscreen that people are really confused about.  Professionals don’t recommend using the product.

A study found owning a dog or cat in 2025 costs way more than most people think.  Over the course of their life . . . the study chose 15 years . . . people THINK it costs around $5,700 to own a cat, and $8,200 for a dog.  But the actual numbers are at least $20,000 and $22,000 respectively.

The Ghostworking trend is growing as Summer approaches.  A recent report by Resume Now reveals that over 50% of employees fake productivity at work, from fake meetings to typing nonsense. Workers cite burnout, career uncertainty, and unclear expectations as the top reasons for Ghostworking.  Some even use office time to edit resumes, apply for new jobs, and attend interviews with other companies.
