ABC is taking “Jimmy Kimmel Live” off the air indefinitely, because of comments Jimmy made in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s murder, for misidentifying Charlie Kirk’s killer as a MAGA Republican. ABC’s decision to pull Kimmel was reportedly based on pressure from affiliates. 

“South Park” often tries to be right on top of current events, and that can backfire . . . like it did this week. Last night’s episode of “South Park” was postponed until next Wednesday.  Creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone said they just didn’t get it finished in time. “South Park” is already airing every TWO weeks . . . so fans will have waited THREE weeks for this episode.

Morgan Wallen’s Sand in My Boots Festival left fans wanting more after its Gulf Shores debut this past May . . . but the question now is whether it’s coming back in 2026. Originally their website said, “Coming Soon” and “See You in 2026.”  But now it’s been changed to “Coming Soon!  See you next time.” It sold out in under two hours with a stacked lineup featuring Post Malone . . . Brooks & Dunn . . . Hardy . . . Riley Green . . . and even T-Pain.

Here’s the first trailer for “Anaconda”.  It stars Paul Rudd and Jack Black as two guys who try to remake the 1997 original, and have snake problems of their own.  Yes, it’s a comedy. It hits theaters on Christmas Day.

Megan Moroney just checked off a huge box in her young career: her very first headlining stadium show began Friday night. And the night was even more special when Kenny Chesney showed up to surprise her backstage just minutes before her show. And later he joined her on stage for a performance of their duet “You Had to Be There”. Chesney even left a handwritten note for his former tourmate, telling her, “Megan you were amazing up there.  You outshine everyone by just being yourself!!  I love you, Kenny.”

Jackson Dean was doing a recent interview with CMT when he said his upbringing in rural Maryland shaped both his music and his values. “This part of the world is small-town USA. The only thing we don’t have is desert and rainforest. … I felt like they were trying to emphasize me being in the woods and all that, which I understand. But I don’t think they know how I get fire from it.”

KRIS says the USS Lexington is hosting a Top Gun movie night in Corpus Christi, Texas this Saturday. Attendees can dress up as Maverick for a chance to win prizes and watch the movie on the flight deck. Tickets cost $25 for general admission and $20 for military personnel

Lainey Wilson tells People magazine that being from a long line of farmers taught her a work ethic of getting up every day, falling down and doing it again. “Yes, my parents are, they’re the ones to blame. They’re the ones to blame for all of this. They have truly supported me from the beginning. I truly do think it is from being from a long line of farmers. I mean, on my mom’s side and my daddy’s side. They rolled their sleeves up. They got to work every single day and had good years and bad years, but at the end of the day, they loved it.”

Naughty but Nice says Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba’s recent health crisis is allegedly much worse than reported. A source says, “Carrie Ann would never miss premiere night unless something major was wrong. She’s pushed through injuries, exhaustion, even heartbreak before. This time, she couldn’t even get out of bed. She’s really sick. They’re downplaying it to protect the brand, but everyone who knows Carrie Ann understands this isn’t just a cold. Jelly Roll’s waistline is slimming down so much, that now he can fit into Louis Vuitton. He just took a picture at the Vatican looking fly.  The caption is, “I can fit in Louis Vuitton now.  Pray for my bank account.” Jelly at one point weighed 550 pounds.  And now he’s down nearly 200 pounds thanks to exercise, clean eating, and cutting down on late-night excess.

Eric Church tells Billboard magazine that he intentionally seeks discomfort and difficulty as part of his creative and personal growth. “I try to put myself in the most uncomfortable situations. I make sure it’s hard, and make sure it’s left-footed. For me, it’s about chasing that thing that’s really hard to catch. It’s elusive.”

RadarOnline.com claims Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are eager to have another baby together and are hoping for twins this time. A source says, “They’ve been trying the old-fashioned way pretty much nonstop. If that doesn’t work this time, using a surrogate is on the table. That worked out well for [her sisters] Kim and Khloe. Kourtney really wants more kids, and she has Travis’ full support.”

PEOPLE magazine says Jell Roll’s wife, Bunnie Xo, is set to release a memoir titled “Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic” in early 2026. The memoir details her journey from being an abused runaway to becoming a successful reality show producer. Bunnie Xo’s book is filled with humor, trauma, and triumph.

The News International says Taylor Swift is now under fire for jokingly calling herself “your English teacher” when announcing her engagement. Fans react … “she enjoys the status of word-smithing ‘mastermind’ that has been bestowed on her, but doesn’t seem to be all that interested in actual literature.”“Seriously, I’d believe her schtick more if she showed regular proof of her enjoying reading. Favorite books, and not just what’s popular at that current time so she can bank off turning it into a song for the movie. Favorite authors, not just the obvious and popular ones she had to learn about in high school…That girl doesn’t LIKE reading yet is calling herself an English teacher?”

Colin Farrell worked with Margot Robbie on the movie “A Big Bold Beautiful Journey”, which opens today. And guess what?  She turned him on. During a joint appearance with Margot on “Late Night with Seth Meyers”, Colin said, quote, “I met people through the years that worked with Margot . . . and they all, to a man and woman, said how extraordinary she was. He added that her “magnetic personality” was evident the moment he met her.

IGN News says the ‘’Miami Vice’’ reboot is going to be released in 2027. The film will be set in the 1980s just like the TV series and will explore the glamor and corruption of South Beach. Screen Rant says ‘’Top Gun 3’’ may be delayed because the film’s director Joseph Kosinski is tied up with other projects including “Miami Vice”

Hudson Westbrook tells Billboard magazine that his path to music involved working non-music jobs. “You’re in college and you have those four years there, you know? I was just trying to make an extra dollar working at the feed store and breaking bulls. And every time that I would get off work, I’d be like, ‘Hey man, like, I love listening to music.’ Or like, ‘I love going on deliveries, I’d get to listen to music.’”

Geo TV says Kevin Costner is allegedly crushing on Elizabeth Hurley even though she is dating Billy Ray Cyrus. A source says, “Kevin always thought she was smoking hot. Rumors circulated they may have actually hooked up, though neither one of them ever admitted it. So if the opportunity ever arose, he’d jump at the chance to get with her. He’s A-list, so there’s no reason he shouldn’t have an A-list girlfriend.’’
