Here are a few fun facts about Megan Moroney.  She’d rather date a hockey player than a cowboy . . . she’d love to raid Dolly Parton’s wardrobe . . . and she’s able to sign the entire American Sign Language alphabet (You can watch that clip here.  Or go deep on her entire Q&A session here.)

If there’s one thing country artists know, it’s that the show must go on.  Ella Langley recently made headlines for handling a wardrobe issue in style by tossing on a Baltimore Ravens jersey.  And now Megan Moroney just shared that the same thing happened to her once too. Megan was performing at the Bourbon & Beyond festival in Kentucky and that’s when disaster nearly struck.  Just three songs into her set, the back of her dress suddenly popped open. Megan said she immediately felt a breeze and realized she had a problem on her hands.  And she remembered thinking, quote, “There’s nothing on under this dress.”  But fortunately, she remembered her agent was wearing a jersey backstage. So, during a guitar-change break, she went and asked her agent for the jersey.  It went right over the dress, and Megan finished the rest of the performance without missing a beat. So, based on Megan and Ella’s recent wardrobe experiences, maybe every country star should keep an emergency jersey nearby . . . just in case.
