Old Dominion just dropped a brand-new single called “Making Good Time” — a laid-back, feel-good track that captures the joy of the journey, not just the destination. With lyrics about gas station snacks, windows down, and rolling with no rush, it’s classic Old Dominion: catchy, clever, and full of heart.

The song was written by Matthew Ramsey, Trevor Rosen, Brad Tursi, and Shane McAnally, and it’s the first single from the band’s upcoming album, expected later in 2025. While no official title or release date has been announced yet, the band says this record leans into their more “rootsy” and reflective side.

Old Dominion is also back on the road with their 2025 “No Bad Vibes Tour”, playing across the U.S. through fall. “Making Good Time” is already part of their live set and is quickly becoming a fan favorite.
