David Harbour and Millie Bobby Brown’s Next Netflix Project Sounds Wild

David Harbour recently teased we’d see more of him and Millie Bobby Brown working together.  And we finally know how. They will reunite as father and daughter for a spy series at Netflix.  It’s written by Jack Thorne, who wrote the “Enola Holmes” trilogy, and is the creator behind “Adolescence”. The series doesn’t have a title yet, but David will play a disgraced FBI agent turned security expert who returns to the field to find his estranged daughter. Millie is also an FBI agent, who is determined to follow in her father’s footsteps, but she goes missing on a mission.

Stevie Nicks and Tim McGraw are reportedly set to perform at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s “Wedding-palooza” on Friday. One source says Taylor invited so many people that it’s, quote, “going to be bigger than the Met Gala.” It makes you wonder if Taylor hinted at Stevie’s wedding performance by wearing that “Stevie Knicks” shirt to the NBA Finals at Madison Square Garden.  So how much does this Wedding-palooza cost?  A luxury wedding planner estimates it’s over $20 million.  Last year’s national average for a wedding in America was $36,000, but for New York, the average is $65,100. Also, country music fans think Kenny Chesney will be jetting to New York for the wedding because he cancelled his performances at the Las Vegas Sphere for July 3rd and 4th.  The paper claims Kenny Chesney and Kelsea Ballerini may be going to the wedding along with Mariska Hargitay, Zoe Kravitz, Ed Sheeran, Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, Selena Gomez, Patrick Mahomes, Emma Stone and Chiefs coach Andy Reid, among others.

The Express Tribune says a Nashville crowd recently booed Taylor Swift’s tribute to Alan Jackson. The moment happened at Jackson’s farewell concert at Nissan Stadium.  Swift’s message appeared on the stadium screens as Jackson took the stage. Boos rose from some sections. Swift said in the recorded tribute, “I appreciate you so much for the ways that you have just treated me and the other artists and writers with such support and encouragement over the years, and I am so excited for your show.”

Kane Brown says he feels alone in the music world, and just wants a friend in the industry.  He’s friends with Patrick Mahomes and says he relates more to athletes because at one time he wanted to be one. Quote, “Pat’s a cool dude, and he’s normal, and that’s another thing that I also love, because a lot of people have egos, I shut down around that. For me, Pat just makes a normal hangout.” Kane does have artists he texts, quote, “I’ve always been a loner, so I’m used to it.  Morgan [Wallen], he’d probably text me the most.  Shaboozey, Chris Young . . . [Jason] Aldean has been my guy.”

Bunnie XO tells US Weekly Magazine that she does not want to divorce Jelly Roll. “Was I blindsided? And was this divorce mutual? No, it was not mutual. Even though I told him to file the divorce papers, I was speaking out of anger and just frustration. I don’t care how much we didn’t communicate or how things shook out. I was riding with this till the wheels fell off. I didn’t care. I felt like we deserved a chance to go to therapy and figure it out. He didn’t feel that way and I respect it.”

The Blast says Keith Urban allegedly wants to mend fences with Nicole Kidman. A source says, “He’s making a conscious effort not to be bitter because he knows that won’t help anyone.”

Josh Ross tells CountryNow.com that he once did an interview covered in rescue puppies. “I can’t remember who I did the interview with, but they told me to sit on the floor in this open room. They opened a door and all of these puppies came running over to me. They jumped on me and licked my face the entire time I was in there. I don’t remember what I talked about, but that was the best interview I ever gave.”

Jason Aldean tells People magazine that he always wears his cowboy hat, no matter where he is. “You wear it in the south, no one bats an eye. Even the Midwest and Northeast you wear it, no one cares. But try wearing a cowboy hat in Los Angeles! Definitely a cowboy hat in L.A. makes you stand out a little bit.”

Cheat Sheet says Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding could cost as much as $10 million. Security alone is going to cost $750,000. The wedding is expected to be more expensive than Kim and Kanye’s at $3.5 million and George and Amal Clooney’s at $5 million. Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding, for comparison purposes, cost $50 million

The Express Tribune says Britney Spears is deadly serious about having another  child. A source says, “Britney is deadly serious. She believes she can still get pregnant naturally, but if that doesn’t happen quickly, she’s willing to go down the surrogate or adoption route. To add a baby into the mix when she’s clearly still deeply troubled is absolute madness. How can she possibly raise a baby when she can’t even take care of herself?”

Naughty But Nice says Meghan Markle allegedly plans to bring King Charles a jar of her jam as a peace offering. A source tells the site, “She believes the jams are thoughtful because they’re something she created herself. She wants the gift to feel personal, not extravagant. She’s not expecting the King to post about the jam on Instagram. She simply wants to arrive with something warm and homemade instead of an expensive royal-style gift. The Palace has seen plenty of reconciliation gestures over the years. This may be the first one that comes with a product label. Some people will find it charming. Others will wonder if the gift doubles as free advertising.”

MSN says Snoop Dogg has launched a new frozen dessert at Costco called Snoopsicles. A 24 count box costs $15. Flavors include cherry and lime sherbert. The popsicles are made with real fruit juice and have no artificial colors

The Daily Mail says Channing Tatum was spotted wearing a long blonde at a World Cup soccer game in Boston. He was sitting and cheering with Norway’s fans. Norway lost 4-1 to France, as France topped their group.

The Mail on Sunday says Courteney Cox has allegedly separated from musician Johnny McDaid after more than a decade together. The split is said to be amicable. A source says, “Johnny speaks incredibly highly of Courteney. They had a very deep relationship and they remain extremely amicable. They are great friends and care about each other. This was not an ugly split. They had simply reached a point where they were living different lives.” Johnny is already dating someone new.

Naughty But Nice says Lionel Richie’s family is allegedly begging him to retire after an onstage dizzy spell. A source says,  “This wasn’t just an off night. The people closest to Lionel have been worried for a while. They’ve been urging him to slow down, but he keeps insisting he’s fine. The stage is where Lionel feels most alive. He honestly can’t imagine life without performing. The problem is his family is starting to wonder if performing is asking too much of his body. His children and loved ones don’t want to lose him. They’d rather have him home making memories with his family than proving he can still fill arenas. He’s got nothing left to prove.”

Mel Brooks turned 100 years old yesterday, and “Entertainment Weekly“ celebrated by naming his most essential films, in order.  Here they are:

  3. “Young Frankenstein”  (1974)
  4. “High Anxiety”  (1977)

Alan Jackson is officially retired.  Saturday night’s “Last Call: One More for the Road” was a four-hour show with tribute performances and a full set from Alan.

Here are the biggest moments of the night:

  1. Fans briefly had to evacuate Nissan Stadium as lightning storms moved through the area.
  2. Carrie Underwood shared a full-circle moment from seeing Alan in concert in 1994 and having the honor to pay tribute to him.  She sang “Everything I Love”.
  3. Eric Church performed “Someday” with just his guitar, and no backing band.
  4. Taylor Swift sent in a recorded video message, but it was met with a mixed response from the audience.  (You can hear many boos.)
  5. Ella Langley, Reba McEntire, and Rusty Wallace sent in video messages, too.
  6. Alan took a moment to celebrate his family and sang “I’d Love You All Over Again” with his wife and daughters in the audience.
  7. He gave a bittersweet performance of “Remember When”.
  8. Alan reminded the crowd that he’s still alive.  Quote, “We’re not gonna dwell on all this sad ‘last show’ stuff.  I’m not dead!”
  9. George Strait joined Alan onstage to perform “Designated Drinker” and “Murder on Music Row” together.
  10. Alan’s final song of the night was “Where I Come From”, with a patriotic firework display.

The concert will air as a primetime special later this year on NBC, with next-day streaming on Peacock.

(Here is a list of every tribute performance and Alan’s setlist.)
