A study showed customers in a bookstore were 3.48 times more likely to browse romantic books if the store smelled like chocolate, and 5.93 times more likely to buy them.

It’s been more than two decades since a human has beaten a computer in a chess tournament.  

Placebos can cause side effects.  This is known as the “nocebo” effect, and it can involve nausea, drowsiness, and allergic reactions.  This can occur because a person was EXPECTING to experience them.
