“Smooth & Hairless Unless You Have A Unibrow…The Decade Tipping Point Of Adulthood…&2-Week Wait For A Jelly Belly!”

The space between your eyebrows is the "glabella."  That comes from the Latin terms for "smooth" and "hairless."

December 31st, 2017 was the only day in history where every adult was born in the 1900s and every minor was born in the 2000s.

It takes between seven and 14 days to make one jelly bean.

What “Redneck” Really Means to Riley Green

Riley Green was recently asked, "Is being called a redneck an insult?"  And Riley said, "I don't think so.  It's like anything else, it kinda depends on how you mean it." Which is true, if someone's mean to you, you don't want to hear them calling you a redneck.  But if they're talking about how hard you work, then it's a bit of a compliment.  Because to Riley, that word simply means someone who spends their time outdoors.  That's how he was raised in Jacksonville, Alabama. He went on to say, "There's probably nicer terms . . . but for me, redneck was just somebody that grew up out in the country." He added that in his tiny hometown, his family used to tease him for being the, quote, "city boy" . . . since Jacksonville had a Walmart AND a Waffle House. He said, "So, we were big time." (You can listen to Riley talking about it here.)

Reese Witherspoon thinks modern dating’s in trouble — and she’s blaming the death of the rom-com! She told Dax Shepard that without those classic movies and sitcoms showing us how to flirt, ask someone out, or fall in love, people just don’t know how to date anymore. Her fix? Bring back the romantic comedies — because apparently, swiping right just isn’t cutting it!

Jennifer Aniston has gone Instagram official with her boyfriend.

"Home Alone" is celebrating its 35th anniversary this month, and we might finally have an update on what some of the characters are up to now. Macaulay Culkin stars as Kevin McCallister in a new ad for Home Instead, a company that provides in-home, non-medical care for seniors.  Rather than defending the house from the Wet Bandits, he's concerned about creating a safety plan for his mom. (You can watch the clip here.)

MTV is pulling the plug on “Ridiculousness”! After 15 years, 46 seasons, and nearly 1,700 episodes, the nonstop clip show is ending in 2026. MTV’s reportedly done filming, but new episodes will keep rolling into next year. The network wants to go “back to its experimental roots” — whatever that means. For now, The Challenge, RuPaul’s Drag Race, and Jersey Shore: Family Vacation are still on the lineup.

Kenny Chesney tells People magazine that he has no plans to retire. "I love what I do. I love making music and I love being on that stage, more than any place in the world."

A source says, “They’ve been doing intense therapy and Megan can’t give up on MGK, especially when he’s trying so hard. She’s still got trust issues, but she’s madly in love. If it was up to MGK, they’d run off to Vegas tomorrow. Her friends know that’s something she wants as much as he does.”

Morgan Wallen tells CountryNow.com that he now balances his life differently since fame began affecting him in unexpected ways. “I know that I got young kids that look up to me and all those kind of things too… I am not gonna let people control the way I live my life but I do also want to be mindful… I don’t know that I’d be proud to show him those videos.”

Jon Stewart is staying with "The Daily Show" through 2026.

The National Enquirer says Jessica Simpson is eager to find love after splitting from Eric Johnson. With her search hitting a dead end, she's allegedly considering appearing on "The Bachelorette" for a shot at romance. A source shares, “Hooking up with gigolo types is all well and good but Jessica wants way more than that. She’d like to be romanced, and to document her new dating journey on camera would be a dream come true. She’s a huge fan of the Bachelor franchise and truly believes she’d bring a lot of credibility and ratings to the table if they give her a shot. Jessica has made no secret of her wish to return to TV. She’s been hitting up the Kardashians for advice and schmoozing with streaming honchos to figure out the right pathway and plotline. Her life is so busy right now — she’s got so much on the go careerwise as well as raising the kids with Eric. But she thrives on being super active and busy, and right now her number one priority is having fun in her life and climbing back on the dating horse.”

Lainey Wilson surprised her openers, Muscadine Bloodline, with a funny prank to end her tour.  They always play an acoustic song together, but this time, when Lainey called them up to the stage, their usual stools had been swapped for two toilet seats. The crowd loved it.  And the song sounded great, regardless of what they were sitting on. You can watch that funny moment here.

Oprah Wants You to Read in the Shower Now

Oprah dropped her annual Favorite Things holiday gift guide.  As usual, it contains way too many things for her to have actually tried . . . or even heard of . . . herself.  But still . . .There's plenty of affordable stuff on the list, but rich people shop for the holidays too, right?  That's why it includes a $2,000 espresso machine, and a $700 indoor pizza oven. Perhaps the most absurd item on the list is a $60 pair of anti-fog reading glasses . . . for the SHOWER.

Page Six says Prince Harry may lose his Royal title if a new bill passes in England giving King Charles and Prince William the power to remove hereditary titles. A  source says, “If they pass these bills, I would not be surprised if Harry is the next one to go. Harry must be quite scared,”

RadarOnline.com says Meghan Markle is allegedly feeling restless in Montecito and is plotting a move to either Los Angeles and New York. A source says, "She's tired of spending hours in the car just to get anywhere. Meghan's naturally restless and misses the energy of city life – the crowds, the meetings, the sense of movement. Hudson Westbrook tells CountryNow.com that he misses the small, normal moments even as his star rises. “It was fun at first, I was like this is awesome, I am going everywhere. And then after a while I miss my family… having free time… and seeing my grandma, my mom and going to football games.”

RadarOnline.com says Jennifer Lopez is allegedly panicking over Diddy's plans for a post-prison tell-all interview. An insider reveals, "Everyone knows Diddy wanted J.Lo's help while he's been locked up. A word of support from her would have meant everything to him, and she stayed silent. He's going to get out and have a platform to speak. Word is he's going to reward the people who stood by him – and punish the ones who didn't. He knows the real Jennifer and how ruthless she can be. If he chooses to spill all the gory details, there's no telling the damage it could do. There's always been rumors floating around that his questionable business tactics were behind her sudden rise to the top, so there's certainly a lot he could divulge."

She’s telling people she’s never been happier, and Billy Ray feels the same. They both believe that when something feels this right, there’s no point in waiting. A big glamorous wedding at Billy Ray’s estate in Nashville seems like the obvious choice, or it did until Liz mentioned she wouldn’t be opposed to eloping. Liz has a wild streak and loves the idea of shocking everyone with a surprise wedding.”

People around him are whispering that he's spending way too much time at the surgeon's and needs to put a stop to it now and bring back the crow's feet before he becomes completely unrecognizable."

Parmalee's Matt Thomas tells CountryNow.com that his band’s roots in a tiny barn near Parmalee, North Carolina shaped their journey and mindset. “We grew up right near Parmalee, North Carolina… We rented this barn in Parmalee to start the band and rehearse… That’s how the band started.”

“What If Everyone Lived In The Lone Star State?...Mars On Earth-In Canada…& Job Security Making Pocket Knives!’”

Texas is a big, big state. How big? For the state of Texas to have the population density of New York City, every single person in the world would have to live there.

The largest uninhabited island on Earth is Devon Island in northern Canada.  No one can live there because of the climate . . . but scientists can use it to simulate Mars.  So its nickname is "Mars on Earth."

The company that makes Swiss army knives is Victorinox.  They've been in business since 1884 . . . and they've never laid off an employee.  (However, they did temporarily furlough around 50 employees during the pandemic.)

Cell phones are causing premature aging and "tech neck" in young adults.  In-office procedures, such as laser treatments and Botox, are curing Gen Z’ers (ages 13-28) and millennials of their saggy skin and neck wrinkles.  Some dermatologists are recommending screen addicts use sunscreen to protect their skin from the blue light emitted by gadgets.

Nightly phone use before bed does not significantly impact overall sleep quality. Sleep quality, timing, and daytime alertness were similar or even better among frequent screen users compared to those who rarely used screens.  The relationship between screen use and sleep is complex and may depend on individual habits and age-related sensitivity to light

Tinder is testing a new AI tool called Chemistry.  It scans users' camera rolls, reviews pictures, and then attempts to match you with others who have similar pictures. The feature aims to alleviate "swipe fatigue" by offering personalized matches based on user interests.

Celebrities Compete Not to Win in Fox’s “Nation’s Dumbest”

Tom Brady's dog Lua died in 2023, but her spirit lives on in his new dog, Junie.  So does Lua's DNA.  But not because Junie is Lua's child.  She's her CLONE. Brady worked with a company called Colossal Biosciences to have Lua cloned.  And he's not just a client.  He's also an investor. I wonder if they can use that technology to save endangered species.

Fox has a new celebrity game show in the works called "Nation's Dumbest".  It comes with a twist:  The losers are the winners. Celebrities will compete to get kicked off as quickly as possible so they aren't crowned the nation's dumbest. The goal isn't to win, it's to get eliminated. The show's contestants will include a mix of all types of "celebrity" like influencers, comedians, and even politicians.  They will be put to the test with both physical and mental challenges about things everyone should already know. It's actually already a popular Scandinavian series, so this will be the U.S. version.

Miranda Lambert's Pink Pistol boutique is for women only.  But they do have one thing for men . . . the credit card machine. If you didn't know, the Pink Pistol is in Lindale, Texas and is located on Miranda Lambert Way.  It opened back in 2016, and it's packed with all things Miranda.  The store's website says it has "unique gifts" and "funky finds." Miranda's dad just made a funny cameo in one of their videos.  He said, "I'm here in the Pink Pistol, but where's the men's section?"  Then the camera pans to the cashier, who holds up the credit card reader and says: "It's right here."

Riley Green tells CountryNow.com that even though he’s grateful for his life on the road, sometimes he finds himself just “dragging my feet” because his schedule is so relentless. “I’m so grateful for the life that I live, but with such a packed schedule, always having someplace to be or something to do, … I find myself dragging my feet on the way to these events, unable to even enjoy these kind of dream-come-true moments.”

Heat World says Tom Cruise is allegedly heartbroken after breaking up with Ana De Armas. A source reveals, ‘He’s very upset and can’t wrap his head round the idea that things didn’t work out between them. He’s trying to deny this has hurt him but it’s obvious that at one point, he saw Ana as a future life partner. Now he’s been venting to friends and nitpicking all of Ana’s supposed faults. But he’s clearly trying to make himself feel better because his pride has taken a huge knock. Everyone’s walking on eggshells around him right now because he’s so on edge. One minute he’s saying he’s better off and it’s Ana’s loss and then the next he’s complaining that he’ll never meet anyone worthy of him. Tom’s the kind of person who likes structure, so when things in his personal life fall apart, he’s extra controlling at work. He’s now using it to escape this heartbreak, so there’s really no rest for anyone in his orbit.’

Parker McCollum was doing a recent interview with Southern Living magazine when he said he misses his hometown when he's out on tour. “Conroe was great. I miss it all the time. When I lived there growing up, I couldn’t wait to get out, now all I want to do is go back. It’s kind of funny how that works out.”

PerezHilton.com says Nicole Kidman and Lenny Kravitz might be rekindling their romance from the early 2000s. A source says, “They have a lot of history, and by all accounts, their chemistry has never gone away. They were genuinely in love. Even though it fell apart, they didn’t end on bad terms. Lenny and Nicole are in touch, and Lenny wants to find his soulmate. It just makes sense to give it another whirl.”

Tucker Wetmore tells GRAMMY.com magazine that he fell in love with music at a very young age. "I fell in love with music at a very young age, I just didn’t ever think that was a possible outcome for my life. I thought it was kind of like a fairy tale.”

Geo TV says Tom Cruise allegedly considered Keith Urban to be Nicole Kidman's rebound after their divorce. An insider reveals, “Tom took so much grief from Nicole and her Hollywood cronies when they first divorced, so he’ll never forget or forgive how villainised he was and in some ways that far reaching perception haunts him to this day. That is partly why he’s following the divorce news closely and a part of him feels badly for her, since he knows how much she’s hurting. But at the same time he’s also allowing himself a little pat on the back and telling people close to him that this is karma doing its thing to a large degree. Tom says he has always believed Keith was a rebound who fit the image Nicole wanted to project. And now that Nicole and Keith are divorcing and all the messy details are getting out, it’s pretty clear Tom was right.’’

PopCulture.com says Hilaria Baldwin is doubling down on her claim that "bullying" and a social media campaign led to her Dancing With the Stars exit. She says, “They’re gonna vote for all the couples besides me, or besides X person. So that suppresses your fan vote. It was because they were reaching out to everybody to do it. You open TikTok, you’re like, ‘Oh my God, this is like this sad’. It hurts your feelings. I don’t care. I’ll be the person who’s crying in front of the world because I’m gonna show my humanity. Some people are gonna like that and some people are gonna make fun of me more for that.”

Lainey Wilson was recently doing an interview with Glamour magazine when she said she loves her family, bonfires and being real. “FaceTiming with my nephews, that’ll keep you real humble. … I love bonfires, I love having a glass of whiskey, talking to the Lord, getting grounded, meditating.”

The Star says Katy Perry and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau are in their honeymoon phase. The Star says Justin Timberlake is allegedly eager to revitalize his movie career after a recent slump. A source reveals, “Justin hasn’t had a movie hit in years and he’s desperate to change that. Justin still thinks he has massive, blockbuster style hit left in him, and it’s just a matter of leveraging his 20 years of movie business contacts. But he’s not going to get hired because people feel sorry for him and the cold streak he’s been on. Audiences have decided they don’t need more Justin Timberlake movies and it’s on Justin to change their minds and remind them, any way he can, that he’s still somebody worth watching.”

The Globe says Portia de Rossi, known for "Ally McBeal" and "Arrested Development," is allegedly ready to return to TV after a seven-year break as Ellen DeGeneres' housewife.  A source close to the couple says Ellen isn't keen on the idea. “Ellen is not happy about the idea of Portia going off for five months to act on a streaming show. The makers of The White Lotus understand that. The previous seasons have all been filmed at luxury resorts where the actors, if they want to, can bring along their loved ones for what amounts to a free vacation. People think Ellen was the one who coaxed Portia to put her acting career on hold, but that’s not accurate. Portia was the one who decided to step back from acting. Portia is her own woman and makes her own decisions, and when the right acting opportunity comes along for her, she doesn’t need Ellen’s permission to say ‘yes.’”

Jackson Dean tells CMT that his rural Maryland roots helped shape who he is today. “This part of the world is small-town USA. The only thing we don’t have is desert and rainforest. … I felt like they were trying to emphasize me being in the woods and all that, which I understand. But I don’t think they know how I get fire from it.”

Radar Online claims Jennifer Aniston is allegedly planning a destination wedding with boyfriend Jim Curtis in Greece.  A source shares, "She wants a wedding where they're surrounded by ancient ruins and beautiful natural landscapes. It's like something out of a romance novel, but that's where Jen's head is at as this relationship intensifies. She can't help herself."
