Tell us what to see

Cora's Blog

Our last city destination was Cadott.  We had to stop at the "Half-way between the Equator and The North Pole" sign, and we also had some fun in the park while we were there.  Next we made a visit to the Wisconsin Veteran's Tribute, and then we headed out of town to Yellowstone Cheese.  We were given an interesting tour of their cheese-making facility by Jeff, and also met Jeremy whose farm next door produces the milk made to make Yellowstone's cheese!  We did lots of cheese sampling and both really enjoyed the Banana Pepper Monterrey Jack, and the Yellowstone Crunch.  The Yellowstone crunch is a Monterrey Jack with chocolate and nuts in it, and was the perfect combination of sweet and salty!

We have to thank everyone who made our trip so enjoyable and made us feel so welcome!
